Well you can do all these things manual like for links just use Google links and Yahoo site Explorer and a note pad and just count links one by one and sort them by PR and authority for keywords you can use the Wordtracker free tool it is better then nothing.

It's funny cuz every year you hear of the new infomercial guru who was convicted on fraud yet we still see new infomercials saying the same thing every year. Chris the tags are not work different keywords it is to make more pages with the same keyword if you want to work different keywords you need to change the url title and make another run.
