Get BookmarkingDemon Before The Upgrade

Those of you that are totally new and have not gotten BookmarkingDemon yet I recommend you get ASAP as Edwin will be making a total new BookmarkingDemon for the new upgrade and has already said that he will increase the price because of all the new features it will have.

Because of the chats at the live channel and an email I just answered I decided to make this quick post and remind everybody of the fact that the price will be going up and I have no idea how much more. BMD is a huge part of my business model and of how I teach you folks the business so I recommend you stop wasting fucking time and If you have the cash get BMD now!

This has nothing to do with BMD but I am not making another post just for this quick message. If you are using Fast Blog Finder and in your searches you find a post LIKE THIS stay the fuck away do not comment Google will look at all those spam links and it may group your site with all those spam links and get labeled as a spam site. Remember the less comments on the post the better and if it has hundreds of comments make sure most of the look semi legit not outright comment spam like that post.

That site made me laugh. Holy crap that is a lot spam.

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:24 (Reply)

Sad part is that a few comments on sites like this and a site can get placed in a bad neighborhood.

  2. Sawyer on 25.06.2008 at 22:21 (Reply)

    lol @ at that site.

  3. Justin Briggs on 26.06.2008 at 00:09 (Reply)

I’m looking forward to the BMD update. Its not as useful as its once was, so I’m glad he’s updating it. It works great for scuttles, but not as well for the legit sites (list is a lot shorter than it use to be). Its a nice program, but this is a long deserved update.

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:24 (Reply)

Still beats the shit out doing it manually.

  4. John on 26.06.2008 at 04:00 (Reply)

BMD should have been updated a long time ago.

Looks like his Akismet filter was shut off. Funny thing is, he now has no comments on any posts, even though comments are open.

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:25 (Reply)

Edwin had already said over 2 months ago at the live channel that he was not updating because he was making a complete new version.

  5. Terry Didcott on 26.06.2008 at 09:28 (Reply)

That is a bloggers nightmare all right. He won’t keep his PR4 long if Google sees all that shit hanging off the end of his post. That is bad neighbourhood city LMAO!!

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:26 (Reply)

That is the really sad part talk about wasting a PR$ LMAO!!!

  6. Frank C on 26.06.2008 at 14:46 (Reply)

This is what happens when Akismet isn’t turned on and comments are unmoderated. Ouch!

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:27 (Reply)

I am serious as you know Frank I live in the Askimet folder but tell you what thank god for Askimet.

  7. John84 on 26.06.2008 at 15:44 (Reply)

Thanks, again for looking out for us, vic.

For Fast Blog Finder, is the free version good enough to work with until I get around to buying it?

    1. Justin Briggs on 26.06.2008 at 21:32 (Reply)

F.B.F. is “ok” as the free version, but you’ll only be finding 3 to 6 posts or w/e. With the paid, it can pull 100 to 200 posts on some keywords.

    2. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:28 (Reply)

Youre welcomed and as Justin said the free version when you are dead broke it works but as soon as you get a bit of cash upgrade.

  8. Nigel Nix on 26.06.2008 at 16:01 (Reply)

You mentioned Traffic Kahuna before…I have been using it for making relevant comments and seeing some good results…
    Is it safe?

  9. Nigel Nix on 26.06.2008 at 16:02 (Reply)

    oops…sorry…comment kahuna…eek! sorry!

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:28 (Reply)

      comment Kahuna sucks

  10. Diane on 26.06.2008 at 17:22 (Reply)

Thanks for the warnings about spam where we are about to post. Oh wow that is a lot of spam. To whoever asked about comment kahuna, vic has said recently that Fast Blog Finder is better, it is what he uses, and yes it is worth the money to get the paid version. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:30 (Reply)

Diane you are welcomed. I finally got the package yesterday bless you but I will make a video this week to thank you and your sweet beautiful daughter.

      Bless Your Family!

      1. Diane on 01.07.2008 at 03:23 (Reply)

Vic, nice to hear from you. glad the package arrived. hope you had a relaxing weekend. I worked my tailend off and am seeing the results of your good teaching. I have 8 BANS sites up and have not yet finished all the promotion steps as outlined by you. I made 12 cents on June 5, my first income. Total for June is $39.67. I am paddling as fast as I can, learning the tools and doing the work. Thank you for being the real deal.

One problem I’ve been running into with having SEO Elite, Keyword Elite, SEO Quake and Fast Blog Finder running is that I keep getting CAPTCHA’ed by Google. That’s rather annoying. Are there any workarounds or is it just a price to pay for automation?

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:31 (Reply)

Frank I think it goes in cycles I was going through this about a month ago and now it stopped I rarely get captcha anymore.

  12. John84 on 27.06.2008 at 03:56 (Reply)

Frank, what do you mean by being “CAPTCHA’ed by Google”?

    1. Frank C on 27.06.2008 at 14:25 (Reply)

Warning: stripos() [function.stripos]: Offset not contained in string in /home/bloggeru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-pro.php(11) : eval()'d code on line 935

That’s when Google requests a CAPTCHA before performing any searches. It’s something they use to slow down requests from automated programs like Fast Blog Finder.

  13. Nigel Nix on 27.06.2008 at 15:02 (Reply)

I thought CAPTCHA’s were generated by the individual sites to prevent automated submissions. They are those damn awful, sometimes near impossible to read codes . In reality, one would have to be a piece of software to interpret them…lol

  14. Polishbear on 28.06.2008 at 14:56 (Reply)

Uh Oh, I did comment to one of those posts that had 400 domments. I hope i come out okay.

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:31 (Reply)

If it was just one you should be way ok!

  15. DennisJr on 28.06.2008 at 17:23 (Reply)

Thanks for reminder Vic.. I sent some affilliate sales money your way. BMD definately works better having a legit copy..LMAO.. as usual.. if the software is worth its’ salt the money is eventually ponied up.. Hopefully, he has more drivers for v.4

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:32 (Reply)

Thank you Dennis. Edwin mentioned great things so I am exited that is getting additional perks!

  16. Stephen on 28.06.2008 at 23:06 (Reply)

    Vic,

At the start of the year I was of the mindset that I should always try to find the free (or lowest cost ) alternative for using SEO tools for my MMO efforts; well, after having people like yourself tell me that without putting in the needed investmebnt at the start that i would likely fail from jumpstreet, I gave my head a shake and made some key decisions. One of those was to buy BMD a month ago and it was definitely worth the investment (my June Adsense earnings have payed for both BMD and Frank’s BMD buddy program). I guess this is just my roundabout way of saying ‘thank you’ in public, Vic.

BTW, I agree that BMD has been allowed to slide before the update is released, but the scuttles really do make up for the short term lack of ‘legit sites’.

Also, if you find yourself having any trouble getting the PROXY function to work properly for you, then you might want to try running a registry cleaner before your next BMD run; I was having the same problem and after a reg clean up I had much improved performance. Don’t ask me why - I just know it made adifference for me!

My only question is about the actual wording of the announcement of the upgrade itself: on that update page, it almost read like current BMD owners would be allowed to BUY the upgraded version at the old version price. Please tell me that I just read the announcement wrong Vic, okay?

Again, Thanks for your efforts, Vic.

    -Stephen

    1. Vic on 29.06.2008 at 22:34 (Reply)

It is crucial to invest in tools. Now can it be made with out the investment and doing everything manually? Of course but something you can do in months could take years in achieving your goals so I commend you. The upgrade is free.

  17. DennisJr on 28.06.2008 at 23:29 (Reply)

Hey stephen. I just purchased it today. I copied the paragraph below from Edwin’s site. We should get the upgrade for free.

(*Note* Currently there are less than 20 sites as we are undergoing a major change to BMD v4 which will increase in price. You can lock in on the current cheaper price and get such upgrade for free.)

  18. John Farina on 01.07.2008 at 21:31 (Reply)

Still beats the heck out of doing it manually.

  19. What is Your Landing Page Doing? on 02.07.2008 at 01:39 (Reply)

Wow, that site is really in for some trouble, I wonder what the webmaster is thinking? Is he lame or maybe that’s his own spam.

  20. Shirley on 02.07.2008 at 15:46 (Reply)

I got Bookmarking Demon a few weeks ago, after hearing about the upcoming price increase here. Another instance where this site has paid off. I do appreciate it.

Just for the record, I’d like to mention here what a red-letter day yesterday was for me. (1) I became a great-grandma, and (2) My first website earned its first income!

    (1) Boy, 6 lbs 12 oz, doing fine.

    (2) $2.86. BANS site on a .info domain.

I’m totally new at this, but here’s what I did. As soon as I realized my site was actually indexed, I went to Domain Dashboard to look at the keywords getting traffic. Saw one that gets more than the rest, so I’m using Keyword Elite and SEO Elite to see how I can exploit that. (As soon as the excitement over (1) above dies down, I’ll create a new page.)

Even though this is a first for me, I realize that probably my site will fall off the index in just a bit, since it doesn’t have links yet. So I won’t panic over that, I’ll get BMD installed and learned, and get some links.

What I’m getting at is that, even though I’m new, I’ve been trained. Everything seems to take me forever, but I have a good idea of what I need to do.

    Thanks, Vic.

Oh yes, the other thing I did yesterday … checked my stats about 12 times!

    Hey Vic,

I just signed up to Twitter to follow when you’d be on next…been following you through old posts for about a month, and started getting things rolling like you have been coaching.

I just realized you were ill from the last broadcast, and I just wanted to send out a quick hope you feel better soon!

I know we can be boneheads and that can be frustrating for you…but I hope you can find some solace in the fact that people are learning from you and people are starting to earn from your teachings.

Your Karma should be improving nicely.

Enjoy your coke and your smoke, and hope to see you soon!

    Feel better.

    Matt

Have any of you guys used “Undercover Demon” before?

It’s a software program that works with BMD that’s supposed to mix your links up with various others to hide your own, so you can do a whole bunch at a time without getting caught.

Do you guys think it’s any good, or no?

    1. Tuppy Glossop on 08.07.2008 at 12:52 (Reply)

Tried it, but it’s never worked correctly for me. Frank from OpTempo has a similar tool that works as it should:
