when filling in my BANS descriptions I have been repeating the same phrase over and over again with fluff in between. I can’t help but think of the Little Britain clip of Bubbles. I found the clip on youtube and if people haven’t yet seen it i’m sure you will find it funny. You’ll have to watch it though to find out what I’m talking about. But it’s a very funny use of “KW stuffing”

April you already started helping by giving your experience to others is huge many things that I some times have to help people with is just having the trust that what we teach is not only do able but expected results and you are living proof as you said what we do is not rocket science just have to be committed to see the results.

What I love about BANS is that it can throw up keywords you didn’t even know existed. It’s all because the item titles appear in the source code of the page.

I will tell you the one that is getting clicks but so far no money, it’s about xxxxxxx. Two examples of KWs - “xxxxxxxx” and “xxxxxxxxx”. They look quite good KWs to me so I find it strange that I haven’t made a cent with it.

I remember you said on another vid that you wanted other people to come in and help new people. I’m making on average $50 a day with adsnese alone so would be willing in the future to help, I just have no idea what I can help with simply because your vids have said it all.

April one thing you said made me very curious and even though I normally stay away pls look at your stats from the site that is having the traffic and see if it is a buying keyword.

Example of buying keyword:

Keyword: Running Shoes
Buying Keyword: Cheap Pink Running Shoes

Remember some times it is not about the traffic we get but more in the quality of that traffic.

Keep pumping the sites out April let it be adsense, affilitate Squido Hub etc etc keep building and you will see in no time you will be at a full time income.

I know that I said on the chat that I made about $50 in little over a week. This is true but it was difficult to explain the background of my BANS creations.

Basically, so far, nearly ALL of my BANS income has come from ONE site. I bought the domain 6 months ago because I was going to use it for selling links/reviews. I then decided I didn’t want to do this so just left it there with a few re-written PLR articles. I hardly did any backlinking at all as I wanted to concentrate on other sites. I wasn’t even getting a click a day so have never bothered placing Adsense on it either.

When I got BANS I decided to install the store in a subfolder. I got 6 anchored links from BLS (ask Griz if you want to know what that is) and left it at that.

I started getting a fair amount of traffic for the term I was targeting and over the last fortnight have made about $110 and have been averaging 30 clicks per day.

Curious as to what my competition is I loaded up SEO Elite (something I’m still getting to grips with) and have found that my competitors aren’t getting anchored links. No wonder I’m wiping the floor with them despite the fact that my linking efforts so far have been half-hearted. I’ve only just written an article for distribution and am waiting for Article Marketer to do its job.

I won’t say what niche I’m in but, according to Google trends, it’s searched for throughout the year but starts getting more traffic around this time of year. I think there might be a sense of “urgency” about the purchasing because they need this product by a certain date. It’s not like antique dolls where people don’t really need to buy one and can make a purchase whenever they like.

I guess what I’m saying is that if you aren’t making any money then don’t dispair. Only 2 of my .info domains have brought in any money and it’s only a trickle. One of my .info sites is actually getting a lot of clicks (152 so far to be percise) but I have made nothing from it yet.

The funny thing is that the techniques that Vic teach aren’t particularly unique, it all comes down to creating sites, getting links from web and article directories, commenting on blogs, creating squidoo lenses and creating some link farms.

It isn’t rocket science and if I’m making money then any one can. I don’t have any special qualifications and I’ll admit that I suck big time at IQ tests.

For me, what Vic has been most “useful” for is giving me confidence to ramp up what I’ve already been doing and basically doing it on a much BIGGER scale. Also, I would never have bought BANS if Vic hadn’t talked about it so much.

Oh, this isn’t to do with BANS but adsense, guys, if you’re only getting a ctr of 10% you can easily double that to 20% (or more) if you make the changes that Vic mentioned in one of his vids about Adsense - black background with grey text. The adsense is then in bright pink and green. Court has plenty of themes with a black background if you have no idea about CSS. By working on conversion rates you can double you’re income without even writing more content or getting any new links. It’s so easy… But boring. It certainly beats going back to my old job of dealing with customer complaints!

One way links are supposed to be the best way to go. When working with a new domain, is it ok to do Reciprocal Linking to get into the directory?
