Made For Affiliate Sites

Made for affiliate sites are created for monetizing the site using affiliate advertising programs. In such case, they are called Made for affiliate sites or MFA. This is also a derogatory term used to refer to websites that have no redeeming value except to get web visitors to the website for the sole purpose of clicking on advertisements.

Affiliate marketing is a web-based marketing practice in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliates marketing efforts.

Affiliate marketing is also the name of the industry where a number of different types of companies and individuals are performing this form of internet marketing, including affiliate networks, affiliate management companies and in-house affiliate managers, specialized 3rd party vendors, and various types of affiliates/publishers who promote the products and services of their partners.

  1. Vic,
I don’t know what it is, your Vlogging or my inability to comprehend what I read. But you are coming across so much more clearer in my minds eye with this vlogging. The information seems so much more detailed.
It is no wonder that in the 2.5 to 3 years that I have done nothing but lose money. I don’t believe I have done a friggin thing right except hang in there.
I have made sites that tried to promote numerous products and could not figure out why I could not make a dime. Now I know why!
You have really been connecting the dots for me lately and I have had several light bulb moments.
You could have saved me about $40,000 in debts.

Thank-you for deciding to make this blog. And Thanks to whatever brought me here.

  2. Very interesting video Vic. Do you usually create one blog for an affiliate product or do you create multiple blogs all targeting one product?

  3. Denise just the fact that you have stuck it out for 3 years says a lot about you and I have no doubt you will succeed. Most lazy people would had not stuck it out.

  4. Fred I am so committed with my monetization that I only work one affiliate per blog. If I do my research and my setup tight it works like a charm.

  5. Vic,
I am getting caught up on your videos. I had to lay off listening to them at work when I found that your feed consumes up a port and my employees starting getting errors working online. LOL. It took me a couple days to connect the dots.

Questions.. MFA.. You talk about affiliate sites with high CR. I have zero knowledge about affiliate sales. Will an affiliate quit working with you if you are not sending traffic that regularly does not convert ( thus you hurt the affiliates over all CR stats)

For example I am a project manager. If I see something that’s hurting my stats. I am going to do my best to get rid of the thing that is hurting my stats or in this case the website that consistently send traffic with low CR?
(even though it should be the affiliate site responsibility to convert)
Thanks.. Good Vlog on both the sales and BMD

  6. LMAO sorry about that.

No it will not hurt you. Now with adsense it is a different beast because CTR is big with Adsense but with traditional affiliates CTR does not come to play just for your pocket cause the banner is not making people interested enough to click on it.
