Looking forward to the Academy beginning soon. Curious if you use this technique largely for MMO, IM type digital products, or are you also using it for other niches: Dog Training, Get Rid of Acne, Voodoo for Kids, whatever.

I hate to rain on the parade but, did you notice that eBay is restricting shipping fees on a wide range of media products? They're also going to require PayPal or other approved credit card processing for all transactions in a few months. Plus, they've made it easy for competitors to sabotage your seller ratings and thus prevent you from listing.
Just part of their drive to turn themselves into Amazon.com which is what their institutional investors want them to do.
Still made $213 this month alone on shipping fees so as of right now shit I will take that rain on my parade all day long
Looking at the press release and the page explaining the new restrictions on shipping, I don't think it will apply to info products on CD, so you can gouge away, for a while.

I've never sold anything on ebay. Back in my freshman year of college I got away with selling a PDF solution guide (to a college text book) on Amazon. I sold it 100 times at $5 each =P
I would email them the DL link off my server, 100% profit. I made $500 in two weeks, but got reported for copyright infringement.
I wouldn't suggest this though, because I have a lifetime ban from Amazon =(

I find myself having to limit the types of revenue models I try. I have my hands full at times, the idea of starting something new makes my head explode. I will be join the academy though. My plate should clear up in a month or so, it'll be a good time to start looking at some new stuff to try.

Ive tried googling it but i keep landing on its main sale page or other affiliates trying to sell it (which is fair enough) just wondering if there was a forum or a discussion about it you were aware of.
