I've had that from folks speaking Russian (though their newscasters DO seem to talk a hell of a lot faster than those I recall from the US), people trying to understand my English, and trying to understand some folks from the subcontinent who probably spoke English just fine, but I still couldn't figure out what the heck they were saying. :D No, it doesn’t Vic. :) When you are trying to understand a second language you aren’t fully fluent in yet, EVERYONE talks too fast.
