    lol vic, you’re crazy

i visit cause you give straight forward information, and your personality makes it easy to watch. =)

lol at the clown nose dude…

    btw, who does your cartoon?

    1. Vic on 12.04.2008 at 22:27 (Reply)

LMAO It was so hard to keep a straight face doing this video and the nose was a bitch cuz it cut my respirtion but I knew the longer I could keep a straight face the more you guys would be asking yourself WTF??? For premium graphics I use IStock a lot they have ahuge selection of premium graphics as for royalty free music I use musicloops not the cheapest but the have a sweet selection especially on intros, indents and snippets ;)

Thank you for being a subscriber buddy my intention is to deliver you guys the things the way they are and if in the process we can laugh at ourselves it is just and added bonus ;)

  2. Denise on 12.04.2008 at 22:29 (Reply)

    Hilarious! :-) :-) :-)

Your passion for what you do is definitely obvious.

If I want humor this is where I find it. Other than my grandchildren of course.

Your style is way way different than most. Thats a good thing!

    1. Vic on 12.04.2008 at 22:32 (Reply)

Denise laughter keeps us young LMAO!!! And shoot if in the process we can meet new friends and make tons of cash at the same time heck why not ;)

  3. Steve McGrath on 12.04.2008 at 23:22 (Reply)

Your are a real clown and got the information has a bonus. Or is it the other way around?

    “Think about it!”

I also notice Griz count today. It should be higher than that.

A few months ago, I had a funny video about the HD-format war. My RSS did not raise but people did click on ads. The traffic came from a comment I had left on a national Canadian tech blog for newbies. It had the same effect as organic traffic. Hey! It was funny too. ;)

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 01:04 (Reply)

People like to laugh and gossip no doubt ;)

  4. Justin B on 13.04.2008 at 00:12 (Reply)

In addition to the humor, I think drama is another reason. Although some others might be less likely to admit it. I know there is a 5-10% chance that I’m going to find a post of you ripping someone a new ass or calling someone out. Its always funny and always entertaining.

With Shoemoney, Caroline, & John in your cross hairs, is just a question of: who’s next?

Your challenge to get mad post locked me in as a reader though honestly. I mostly considered my self a “Court Reader”, but I’ve migrated over to here.

    For two reasons:
    1) You are truly passionate about what you do. You display that passion daily in the videos. You blog with a mission, and it inspires people.
    2) Court got a guest poster. I like his stuff, but its not the same as Courts. Courts stuff has lots its appeal to a degree. You give us a 30 mins to an hour long video, almost every other day. Sometimes you’ll give us multiple videos a day. Court doesn’t post as often and half the posts on his site aren’t him.

(Not knocking Court, his blog was the first MMO blog I found. I’ve read his whole site. Just, I find Vic’s blog much more appealing these days)

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 01:06 (Reply)

One of the folks I asked actually said he had subscribe to make sure if I ever found his blog and I cracked on his ass he could come and read it before his family LMAO!!

  5. Steve on 13.04.2008 at 01:10 (Reply)

Vic, This is why I subscribe to your blog. I come home from a long day at my job that I hate and I find myself looking forward to your next post. You are awesome and you always cheer me up. Plus the money rolling in on my BANS sites is definetly a plus.

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 01:13 (Reply)

LMAO I am glad buddy again some cash some laughs new friends shoot we are all good ;)

  6. YC on 13.04.2008 at 01:42 (Reply)

RSS subscribers don’t make me money, Vic. When is your video on keywords coming out? LOL!

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:19 (Reply)

I promise this week you folks will get some fast paced learning ;)

  7. Chad on 13.04.2008 at 02:01 (Reply)

The video not working Vic - It says it is no longer available

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:20 (Reply)

Buddy try again it is working again it might have been YouTube they seem to have been making upgrades this week their comments suck!

  8. Grizzly on 13.04.2008 at 02:06 (Reply)

Oh man… you make my day. I waste a lot of it keeping up with your stuff when I should be doing some work but WTF - you make me laugh Vic.

BTW - I do kick Darren’s ass in the serp’s - he only ranks well for 4 keywords - he’s a rookie in the SEO biz. lol.

That’s interesting about the stumble effect and RSS - I am not into any of that and can’t see myself bothering just to increase RSS feeds. I think the fact that you post often probably has a lot to do with it as well - subscribing is the only way to keep up with you! Congrats on the 269 comments too - a new benchmark. LMAO

One last thing - how is it you just happened to have that nose lying around? Have you a sideline career you haven’t talked about? :-)

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:21 (Reply)

LMAO thanks buddy!! I had the wife for two days stopping at stores finding me one that actually honked to be honest I was not happy with the honking sound it could had been a much better honk for effect LMAO!!!!

  9. The Rookie on 13.04.2008 at 02:17 (Reply)

Oh shit Vic! Not to steal your lingo but LMAO!!!!
You are a fucking clown. I was laughing when I saw the intro and the music but when I saw you wearing the clown nose and you had the straight face… priceless!

BTW, I only have 2 blogs I subscribe to. Griz’s because he doesn’t post too often and I don’t want to miss anything and yours because it was so different then any other blogs out there. I really don’t subscribe to blogs because I am old school I just use bookmarks.

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:22 (Reply)

You have no idea how hard that shit was but I knew that to have the full effect I had to stay straight face until I said why people subscribed LMAO!!!!

      Thanks for your support!

    2. Grizzly on 13.04.2008 at 04:45 (Reply)

Thanks Rookie - I could slow down if that would be easier to keep up. :-)

  10. Jimmy on 13.04.2008 at 02:39 (Reply)

I subscribed to your feed because you’re straight forward with us. You’re being you and not just trying to be Mr. Popular. People want to hear it like it is. I like to hear people say bad words, too.

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:24 (Reply)

Thanks Jimmy man I just do not know any other way of being you have no idea how many enemies and problems beign like that has caused me but at the end know body can ever say they did not know where I was coming from ;)

  11. Alvin on 13.04.2008 at 02:44 (Reply)

Ok Vic, I think your “Face going near the camera to whisper” is classic because that’s when you give out the most juicy parts of the details (I actually look forward to that .. and I don’t think I’m the one only) .. but you actually outdid yourself by squeezing your nose .. LMAO !

I think what you said about feed readers is quite true. First is the point that you made about appealing to your audience. These feed reader enabled viewers are probably technically savvy hence they have their own RSS readers or know what that RSS icon is all about. And so if they find something “interesting” and maybe informative, they subscribe. I think most importantly for them, they want something to be interesting. I don’t know if I am making a huge generalization here, but I have an impression that most of them are the “Web 2.0″ crowd like those folks from SU or Blogcatalog or Youtube .. so their attention span is like 30 secs or so .. if you don’t capture them by then.. then probably you won’t be able to capture them through a feed subscribe. These people may not necessarily subscribe to a feed because of the information content.

What makes something interesting is the delivery of the information. I would think that when you started your vlog series, your subscriber actually increased ? vlogs are easily to digest and Vic, you have great charisma ! And vLogs enables you to quickly deliver your messages and also presents your charisma in a “easily seen” form .. since people like to see people talking .. not just reading text.

That’s why the number of feed readers is an artificial value which like you said, does not accurately judge the value of the information on the blog but it sure does give the blogger owners a right to say “mine is bigger”.. which they may do it because 1) They don’t know better or 2)They are using it to sell their blogs to people who don’t know better for huge sums of money.

In conclusion, in the early 90s, we used to put Visitor Count. Now in the present, we use feed subscriber count.

That’s what I think. Sorry if I am blabbering :) , I just woke up. All in all, fantastic work on the vLog posts Vic ! The first thing that I do in the morning, every morning, is to look at my feed reader to see if you have any new post. Have a great sunday ahead !

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:30 (Reply)

Alvin buddy you are old school like me LMAO!!! way cool we really do not see counters that much huh? I think Alvin you are so right my count started climbing big time when I started vlogging and I think the get mad video touched a nerve with some people which I am glad.

Plus I had one of the folks that I asked say something so cool he said that sometimes when he watched my videos where I go into one of my rants it made him him feel mad and he said that he actually had never felt that type of experience with another blogger video I felt that was very touching since I know people relate to my message.

One of the reasons I wanted to make the video was to make sure new folks did not pay much attention to the feed thing unless they have a flagship blog for our business model it is a dead subject!

      1. Alvin on 13.04.2008 at 03:42 (Reply)

Vic, come to think about it, for our business, if you have feed readers on your niche blog, it is a quite a bad thing heh. People are sticking around for too long !

        1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:47 (Reply)

Alvin totally on target the facts are for niche sites fuck feed readers we do not want readers period we want bouncers!!! Again how much does that alone conflict with what all the “A-Listers” teach ;)

  12. Desty on 13.04.2008 at 02:50 (Reply)

I subscribe mainly for the information. Yes, you are entertaining and I would subscribe for that as well, but seriously, it’s the information. When you talk about something, you don’t give vague hints about something; you flat out say what it is, why, and how to do it.

The problem I had for the past year about blogs on how to make money online was while they’d tell you to subscribe to this, buy that, etc, they didn’t say how to actually use it or do it. Now I know that it was how THEY made money, not how for US to make money.

    Details, that’s why I subscribe, details…

    1. Alvin on 13.04.2008 at 03:12 (Reply)

Desty, yeah I agree with you. Most of these MMO blogs have the mantra .. do as I say, not as I do. And even worse, they only tell you half the story.

    2. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:31 (Reply)

The way I look at it is I am 40 years old every day I have left is a huge blessing so why waste time I will try to teach you folks as much as I can as fast as I can in case my maker decides to take me to a better place ;)

  13. Frank C on 13.04.2008 at 03:03 (Reply)

I think video blogging is your thing Vic.

$30 a reader, huh? Maybe my next software project ought to be a feed count booster. That would be like selling a license to print money. :)

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:32 (Reply)

LMAO thanks Frank I so much agree man i wish I would had started doing this from the beggining it would had made it so much easy for me to get the message out there. Hey Frank if you go to the Cow’s site you will find a post he talks about a guy who sold feed subscribers it would be interesting to see how he did it.

  14. Chad on 13.04.2008 at 03:24 (Reply)

Got it to load that time

    Chad

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 03:33 (Reply)

Awesome I figured it was a YouTube side problem you scared the shit out of me cuz I even bough royalty free music to make sure I do not violate YouTube TOS

  15. YC on 13.04.2008 at 04:09 (Reply)

Btw Vic, RSS numbers and subscribers can be faked so easily. People should not look at it as a yardstick for anything, especially the value of a blog. Not directly related to this vid but just popped up in my head.

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 04:35 (Reply)

Yeah I mentioned to Frank that a guy a while back on the Cow site was mentioned that did something that he could sell feed subscribers plus subscriber count means nothing when it comes to real traffic period some people subscribe and then they never really visit your site for months at a time.

  16. Jeffrey D on 13.04.2008 at 04:11 (Reply)

“Serious” Look At Why Readers Subscribe To A Feed - In a clown outfit. LoL

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 04:36 (Reply)

LMAO Man when I saw that you folks could see on the snap shot my red nose I was pisst I wanted the full effect LMAO when the video started especially the music LMAO!!!

  17. Robert on 13.04.2008 at 05:47 (Reply)

Is there any way you could go back to Revver? YouTube is blocked in a whole lot more places, though primarily I’m concerned that it’s blocked where I am at. :)

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 05:56 (Reply)

Ohh hell yeah the only reason I did this few videos for youtube was to do some test to see how mcuh exposure does a video need to get traffic my main one will always be Revver it is way better interface ;)

      1. Robert on 13.04.2008 at 06:14 (Reply)

Cool - didn’t want to get left behind!

  18. James on 13.04.2008 at 07:51 (Reply)

I considered myself a court reader thats at least where i got my first vic encounter, i subscribed because you talk alot like the people i used to socialize with on the net (gamers), you come in a vlog format which is great to put on as i walk around in the morning getting ready for work, I have limited time since i do this web stuff part time. You also make me laugh, you also get my attention with pattern interrupts while giving good info.

Anyway thats why i subscribed! You useful clown.

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:15 (Reply)

LMAO Thanks James! I know my delivery sometimes is just totally different but if I deliver the message just like everybody else it will get blended in and I want to make sure people listen to what I am saying.

There is a real way of making money online and it sure is not the scammers way ;)

Thank you for your support and your time.

  19. Emiel on 13.04.2008 at 08:05 (Reply)

Cool vid vic! It is indeed sad to see that the feedburner count seems to be the currency of the blogosphere. Too many bloggers in this niche are forgetting that people like me are searching for real information and not a post everyday about that they increased their subscriber with 10 or what they had for dinner last night.

Just to make a point, I went to johncHow.com (yes now I am a sinner) and just taking a look at the very first post I saw, if I could prove my point.
Surprise, surprise, this joker made a post about a restaurant, who fucking cares. LOL

Thanks again vic, glad I found this blog and btw thanks for making me less worry about grizz and his traffic ;) haha

    Keep the videos coming!

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:19 (Reply)

It is idiotic especially when many folks subscribe and do not come back for months so in reality how can you use a feed count as a pointer to traffic and value?

Emiel I am honored to have all you folks as readers and only wish the best for all of you.

  20. Rhys on 13.04.2008 at 09:07 (Reply)

I’m one of the new subscribers, and you do actually make me chuckle. And nothing makes me laugh, in fact. I’m worried exactly how you made me laugh.

I guess why I subscribe to blogs is because I’m generally rubbish at keeping in touch with blogs. If I can’t follow a blog feed wise, I generally don’t read it (unless it’s a news/huge blog like Fark.com, then I don’t subscribe as it clutters my reader)

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:23 (Reply)

LMAO!! Rhys trust me you are not alone I am still trying to figure out why I make people laugh most of my life folks do not get my weird sense of humor but I am loving the fact that my blog has attracted folks that I do make laugh and in return you guys constantly make me laugh and as I commented to Denisse hell if in the process we can make some really good cash why the heck not ;)

  21. Stan on 13.04.2008 at 09:34 (Reply)

    Vic,

I come for both the info and the laughs. You make learning so much easier when your cursing and joking around. Your like the Howard Stern of the blogging world!

Off Topic…Is anyone having trouble with Scuttle sits on your BMD runs? I have to manually register with each one but when I do a run all results come back unsuccessful. I tested a few with a manually book mark and that worked fine.

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:26 (Reply)

Stan you should get on general like 30 to 50 signups and you might get about 10 to 15 accepting the submission the important thing is to always do a new search every other week in the pass week I know of a few new scuttle sites so it is good to make new searches once in a while ;)

  22. Chris digital products on 13.04.2008 at 10:22 (Reply)

Vic, this is off topic but, I just purchased 45 domains at Godaddy and I got a reseller account at hostgator. hostgator reseller is confusing the hell out of me. You have to “add a package”…I don’t know man, can you comment on it in one of your vids please?

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:28 (Reply)

Ok Chris listen if HG responds slow do me a favor contact me via the contact page, have Skype ready trust me it is not a big deal you are just new to WHM but one you figure out it will become second nature ;)

      1. Steve McGrath on 13.04.2008 at 23:31 (Reply)

I added a few screenshots(WHM, CPANEL) in my post. It should help some of you understand it until Vic makes his step by step.

    2. Steve McGrath on 13.04.2008 at 14:17 (Reply)

Chris, I posted something today about it. I’m new to it too and I understand you. I wanted to share my strategy with you and others.

Vic, you can give your input too if you want.

    3. Emma on 13.04.2008 at 17:27 (Reply)

I wouldn’t mind some info about the hostgator reseller accounts as well.

      1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 17:44 (Reply)

Ok I will do a step by step on Host Gator ;)

        1. Emma on 13.04.2008 at 20:03 (Reply)

          You rule!

  23. Jason on 13.04.2008 at 12:51 (Reply)

@$@%@ Youtube, says the video cannot be displayed.

I haven’t subscribed here (I hate RSS readers & emails - being a lazy student, I have enough time to check blogs manually daily) but read this for the quality information which you will not find anywhere else. Keep it cracking, those rants help too.

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:29 (Reply)

LMAO I will be back to Revver next post. As long as there is a scammer trying to take advantage I will keep at it with my rants ;)

  24. antbanks on 13.04.2008 at 13:07 (Reply)

    to chris digital products,

hey the package thing is a pain just go into your whm which you should have a link to in your email then create an account for your domain its a pain but real simple. you just need what 1000mb of space maybe less for BANS. but you can just do what i did and talk to a service rep over at Host Gator via chat they are super cool and will do it for you. hope this helps

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:31 (Reply)

Thanks for helping Chris! This is one the really cool things of BU is that here people really care and help each other.

  25. Denise on 13.04.2008 at 13:19 (Reply)

Since I have started to try and make money online all I have ever heard was you need to get a list. Get an opt-in form on your sites. The money is in the list. Well to be honest, most of the lists that I had subscribed to I canceled because all they did was try to push launches and products.

Now it seems in the past few months all you here about is feeds. Op-tins seem to be the way of the past for work at home or make money online.

I never hear you or Court or Grizz mention any use for auto-responders. Are they a thing of the past just like link machines for reciprocal linking?

    1. Grizzly on 13.04.2008 at 13:31 (Reply)

      Denise,

Lists and auto-responders are the byproducts of the affiliate marketing Gurus like Mike Filsaime and crew - a whole different gang of A-listers that we haven’t begun to pick apart yet. While Chow and company pimp get rich schemes the warrior forum crowd pimp get rich programs - crap and more crap.

      1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:36 (Reply)

Grizz LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am answering Denise and I hit submit and you pop right in top of me LOL

        1. Grizzly on 13.04.2008 at 13:39 (Reply)

Just wanted to say Good Morning! :-)

          1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:40 (Reply) (Comments won't nest below this level)

            Good Morning dear friend ;)

    2. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 13:33 (Reply)

Denise many people make serious money building email list in my case I just do not work that business model. I rather keep building my small insignificant sites keep getting links and never have to write an email trying to convince you to buy this product or the next product which is how email marketing works.

    3. Frank C on 13.04.2008 at 15:41 (Reply)

There are two main approaches to it that I’ve seen although they sometimes blend to some degree.

One is what I call the spaghetti on the wall approach where you spam the hell out of your opt-in list with dozens of really crappy offers from affiliate sites like Azoogle and Never Blue. You’ll get a very low response rate and will be fighting unsubscribing rates so it’s a numbers game. I’ve considered using this, since apparently there is some money to be made there, but it’s just too slimy/spammy for my taste.

The other is to use it as product promotion newsletter. I used this one with my fishing supply business I used to run and I helped a couple of friends in the guitar business get this setup and I wrote some content for them. It’s also the method that Yaro and some others in the MMO blog game use to promote their ‘information’ products. I think it’s a good way to promote an ecommerce site by staying in touch with previous customers and potential customers who’ve shown enough interest to subscribe. But it can have a slimy side too when people start selling their list to borderline spammers.

  26. Denise on 13.04.2008 at 13:54 (Reply)

Thanks for the quick responses! I was just so curious about this auto-responder stuff and yes I do have one. But I never quite got into doing much with it. It was part of a program I got into in affiliate marketing. Mike Filsaime and his Butterfly Marketing and the others. It was just the avenue I started out with and the results are obvious.

I agree that it seems to be nothing but a way to market stuff.

    Oh Good Morning Guys! :-)

  27. Don on 13.04.2008 at 15:30 (Reply)

Email lists work for those who market that way, I have one but use it primarily as a vehicle to communicate on a more personal level.
    Why did I subscribe?
I subscribed in the first week you were on , I remember there being lees than 100 at the time for one reason, free pertinent information, plain and simple.
    Why other subscribe?
IMHO because you say what others are thinking and don’t have the insides to say.
Why others will continue to subscribe?
I believe in every blogs life there is a post or video that pushes it past the “norm” and running out front. Your CM vlog combined with your personal reflections of your past did that.

As you know Vic I have a side hobby of watching your feed count and its pissing me off! LOL

I do however enjoy watching success for people and for that I’m happy for you. For the record to all your people reading subscribing or trashing you and your style or whatever. I have yet to spend a single dime on this site. I have been given information that has proven to be educational and profitable. Did you hear that? I have been given this information! Never once I have I received an e-mail loaded with affiliate links. Never once have I been asked to do anything that included me reaching for my wallet or Paypal account. Providing information that helps instead of promotes will continue to add to that freaking feed chicklet. As Monika likes to say “Good on you”

Furthermore now that I have added all this content and solved your problem of the RSS feed issue , stop by and see me, LOL

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 15:46 (Reply)

LMAO thank you dear friend. You know this feed thing is really really over rated I think this is why I made the post. Example on of the largest feed counts is techcrunch 767k I bet you that over half of that count is content scrapers how do I know that because at one time I had like 1000 sites that scraped their blog think about it for aAdsense it is priceless ;) Plus as Grizz so well has explained organic traffic could careless about feeds and those my friend are the ones that gets us paid ;)

  28. DeMerchant on 13.04.2008 at 15:52 (Reply)

    Hey Vic,
How are the #’s for Mission Possible… we near 100 yet? The suspense to hear more is killing me and making me not study for exams lol… even worse than watching my stats :( ha ha ha

y count is at 78 so we have 22 slots left but will really need to go over the list cuz right now at YouTube I only see 65 comments so mmm I have duplicate emails in my contest folder or we got some people that did not complete the requirements so this week I will create a worksheet to make sure I do not have duplicates ;)

You’re dead right, RSS feeds are meaningless. A site buyer shouldn’t take that into consideration. Having said that, I do subscribe to some feeds - selectively. But I rarely go back and read up on them. Why I subscribe then? Just in case I need to dig up information or do some research. Other than that I don’t read those feeds.

Instead, I do subscribe to some blogs via email including yours, Court, Grizz and Monika. I have to check my email everyday for crucial and personal information coming through, so I might as well read up what you guys are up to in your latest posts in my inbox while I’m still there. So sometimes I may not pop over to your blog but I know what you guys are up to. Call it killing two birds with one stone!

Of course, I’m sure we all know of bloggers who boast about their RSS feed count and how they go read up their feeds and so on to be informed. Just imagine the wastage of time reading up or going through all those feeds one by one. And I’m sure 90% of the stuff are mostly crap.

What you say about organic traffic is true. It’s the best kind of traffic juice to come your way. Most of them stopped by and leave comments as well. Social networking traffic is a bitch. Mostly, they come over like ghosts and then they are off. Unless you are real chummy with them, I guess. Don’t have the time for this anymore.

LMAO, I like your squeaky nose and your deadpan look at the beginning of the video. Man, you rock!

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 22:47 (Reply)

I look at a feed as a tool to reach you folks as soon as possible with information that is it. As you mentioned many feed subscribers can be months before they return so it can not be used a measuring stick for traffic either.

I will still make a video about the WHM reseller interface to explain to all the new resellers how and best way to use ;)

      1. Emma on 14.04.2008 at 05:32 (Reply)

Thanks Vic, the video will be helpful for me. I’ve made the packages and the account, but I’m not sure if I made the space and bandwidth in the packages too large or too small. Also the add on domain thing is a little confusing. I know after the first time it will all make sense. But the video would be great.

Honestly I subscribed to this blog because of pure entertainment value. Looks like i am not the only one.

    1. Vic on 13.04.2008 at 22:50 (Reply)

Well shoot Shamim after looking at your sites Alexa and SEOElite report showing no real keyword authority on any real search term I am sure that besides a good laugh you have many things to learn from me and this Blog. I will speak slower ;)

  33. Dinheiro on 14.04.2008 at 11:21 (Reply)

Vic, i would like to ask if you can talk a little more slower in your videos. Sometimes it’s not easy to follow you, since i’m not a native english-speaker.

    1. Frank C on 14.04.2008 at 13:26 (Reply)

Vic needs to hire a transcriber. :)

I understand what you mean though because I’m slowly learning Spanish but everyone I hear speaking it talks so fast I can’t understand it.

    2. Vic on 14.04.2008 at 13:30 (Reply)

Yeah it has to do with the fact that I am Puerto Rican we speak really fast it is horrible when I try to pace myself ;)

      1. Dinheiro on 14.04.2008 at 13:39 (Reply)

Well, you can talk spanish then :) I’m portuguese. But if you could talk a bit slower, that would be perfect.

@Frank, i know the feeling, some regions of spain talk fast than others. For me it’s easy to understand written english, but when it comes to heard someone, if it’s a fast conversation it’s not easy

      2. Robert on 14.04.2008 at 15:55 (Reply)

No, it doesn’t Vic. :) When you are trying to understand a second language you aren’t fully fluent in yet, EVERYONE talks too fast. I’ve had that from folks speaking Russian (though their newscasters DO seem to talk a hell of a lot faster than those I recall from the US), people trying to understand my English, and trying to understand some folks from the subcontinent who probably spoke English just fine, but I still couldn’t figure out what the heck they were saying. :D

        1. Vic on 14.04.2008 at 16:02 (Reply)

Shit in my case I am double fucked cuz even in Spanish folks say I speak to fast LMAO!!!!!!!!

  34. Malin on 19.04.2008 at 22:57 (Reply)

You really should try to talk slower and more clear ;)
