I've heard many people slagging SEO Elite off, but I find it has its uses! I use Yahoo Site Explorer (which will find the backlinks) for Lizard Wisdom, so there is no reason you can't do it for other domains. Maybe they have updated Brainstorm Generator to use something else, or maybe I am just confused.
