Mike #1 I sent you an email did you receive it? #2 I wrote a post in the beginning about monetization and to me it is the most complex issue in making money online. The traffic is easy even though this is what most people have trouble with. I will keep explaining what are the factors in determining monetization.

Vic,

I agree totally. Finding the right monetization for a blog or site is an ongoing issue. If you just sit on it, then don't expect results. If you have your shit together, you can test different approaches to see which one brings in the most.

Marshall one of the things that are just hard is figuring the right monetization on a website. Some peeps think is let's just throw ads up and see what sticks, it does not work like that, you folks will learn that bringing in the traffic is the easy part converting that into money is the hard part. The important thing is to be analytical about your failure and break it down once you find the fault bam! Here is the money.

We are striving to be achievers!

Great point about having to put on 110% to achieve 20% results. We have been doing some poking around in PPC and one of the successful ones says that he gets 90% of his return from 10% of his campaigns.

In other words, there are going to be a lot of your efforts that don't pay off like you had hoped they would. You can't let this get you down - you have to press on.
