110% Effort 20% Results

In business we have to put all the effort in the world to sometimes get dismal results. In traditional business most of the time especially in the beginning of the business you find yourself putting in every day 110% effort and yet you get 20% results. Bloggers seem this rule does not apply to them so you will constantly see 20% effort and they are expecting 110% results, again I ask myself if bloggers really think they are so special that traditional rules just do not fucking apply to them.

You can not expect instant results. I know sometimes when you read what I write or others that not only know and do this everyday it might seem extremely easy and logical. Let me just say out the box people even those that know have bombs, it is what it is. Example, let’s say you have applied some of the techniques I have shown here and now you got today 5k unique hits. You just got that illusive traffic, now how do you convert that to clicks and money. THERE IS NO FUCKING MAGIC BULLET!!! Try and try again, you know how many times I have had 20k unique hits and just fucked up on my selection of ads and suddenly I just waste an awesome opportunity to cash out on the traffic, because it turns out the following day new content was indexed and now from position one my ass was sent to position 24.

So the trick is to do it over and over again until you get enough experience to minimize the failures and increase the successes. Yes we all have failures, what the fuck you expect? The difference from my failures and maybe yours is I learn from them and get right on the fucking horse again. I will not spend a day in my life whining how I am not making money, I resist to waste my time like that. I break down my failure and find out where I fucked up. Lesson one TAKE FUCKING RESPONSIBILITY!!!! I ask you if you blame others for your fuck up, explain to me exactly will you fix it? This is the common theme with people who have never achieved anything in there life, you sit with them and in less then 15 minutes you hear 20 stories on how bad life has treated them.

BREAKING NEWS!!!! WE ALL HAVE BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO US!!! You can not control some things in your life, explain to me how you can control being stopped at a red light at 2:00PM on a weekday and a fucking drunk hits you head on, how the fuck do you control some shit like that? But the fact is most of the bad shit that happens in our lives is directly tied to a decision that we made.

Do not expect instant results, do you have any fucking idea how many ebooks, how many hours I have spent in my life either learning or trying to figure how come something went bad. You know how many times I have sat in front of my computer scratching my head when one of my sites went down and I have no clue what the fuck is wrong. Again the difference is instead of whining and complaining I just move on to find the problem and fix it. In life you will make mistakes this is a given, since the day you where born you are destined to make mistakes. Just make sure you make mistakes you can fix.

If you are applying something you learned here or on another site, expect to have your growing pains. Again expect to have 110% effort to have 20% results, why would you think you are so fucking special? Trust me you are not. So the important thing is to have solid fundamentals, set up a game plan make a solid to do. Plan your work, and work your plan. Focus on your goals and just put a fucking cross hair on the target and do what you got to do to achieve that goal. A $400.00 review will not give you instant success it does not fucking work like that.

But the question is when are you planning to start? How much effort are you placing to achieve your results? ARE YOU FUCKING YOURSELF? ARE YOU YOUR WORST ENEMY? Some people have balls to achieve what they want, other want what others achieve. WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU? An achiever or a wanter.

We are striving to be achievers!

Great point about having to put on 110% to achieve 20% results. We have been doing some poking around in PPC and one of the successful ones says that he gets 90% of his return from 10% of his campaigns.

In other words, there are going to be a lot of your efforts that don’t pay off like you had hoped they would. You can’t let this get you down - you have to press on.

Marshall one of the things that are just hard is figuring the right monetization on a website. Some peeps think is let’s just throw ads up and see what sticks, it does not work like that, you folks will learn that bringing in the traffic is the easy part converting that into money is the hard part. The important thing is to be analytical about your failure and break it down once you find the fault bam! Here is the money.

        Vic,

I agree totally. Finding the right monetization for a blog or site is an ongoing issue. If you just sit on it, then don’t expect results. If you have your shit together, you can test different approaches to see which one brings in the most.

Mike #1 I sent you an email did you receive it? #2 I wrote a post in the beginning about monetization and to me it is the most complex issue in making money online. The traffic is easy even though this is what most people have trouble with. I will keep explaining what are the factors in determining monetization.
