Another DumbFuck Is Born LMAO!!!!
By Vic on Apr 12, 2008 in Bloggers
Folks if you haver never had the chance to see a real life sucker here is your chance. His name is Marc Galeazzi and he just paid 10k for OneMansFailure ohh my bad OneMansGoal Dot Com LMAO!!!! Yeah you read right this poor sucker just paid 10k for a worthless dead blog LMAO!!!
This poor sucker could had taken 2k from then 10k and made easy 100k the first year with the way I teach the business again folks every time from now on you feel bad cuz you wasted $47 dollars on a fucked up ebook just look at this video and know this sucker wasted away 10k.
Scott thanks for the email as you said funny but also sad. But the again their are more then enough post out there to a person making the right research to know that he was beign taken for a sucker. Bruce I told you in a past post their is always a sucker I bet you could probably sell DayJobNuker for more then 10k.
Popularity: 44% [?]

just sad… He’s a total noob.
Yeah I actually watched the video again and this time I really did not laugh at all. It is sad and it goes to what Todd said about responsibility but then again is it his fault for being a clueless noob or Bryan Clark for being a fucking scammer?
Man, wow…
Where were the three caped crusaders when he needed them?
I guess he couldn’t hear or see them with his head so far up his ass…
what a chump.
Elliot buddy I swear I do as much as I can promoting this site but the facts are man I also have the business but if he would had at least done a a full back link inspection he would had found my post. I feel horrible for this poor schmuck.
Vic,
Even just the basics are worth it. Hell, if I had 10K right now I sure as hell wouldn’t “invest” in another persons blog.
Record shows that one persons blog, when sold and taken over by someone else, generally sucks later and falls apart.
You are mostly buying the “brand name”.
It would be better to take that 10k and create your own “brand” with a new site.
Just really sad man, glad I found “the truth”!
WTF is with these MMO blogs selling for so much. Like you said this blog is so worthless right now…. 10 fucking thousand for a piece of crap blog. I just don’t get it.
It looks like JohnCowdotCom sold for 50k now. I actually liked the Cow’s site, but 50k is ridiculous.
Perception is a bitch at least with the Cow who ever buys it gets some type of brand plus all the traffic from people doing searches for John Chow but with this fuckers blog their is no organic traffic period!!
So sad.
So many emotions watching that…all ending with a strong will to cry.
And hes says he’s gotta wait till the summer to spend money but he’ll buy an affil product for $300 cause I ask him to……..so sad.
This kid just has no idea how bad he fucked up he will figure it out in about one month when he sees no real fucking traffic and no clicks what a shame again Bryan Clark from the School of Yaro the scammer this is the shit this fucking scammer teaches.
Wow! I bet his next purchase is to buy the rights to the John Chow Shit video.
Shit if this kid was willing to pay 10k for that shit blog he would buy some dry land I have in Florida!
That was a funny video, boy did John tick off a few of his readers though. Some people get so touchy about what a site should be about.
First reaction was what a fuckin retard…and then I felt guilty for laughing at him
Trust me it happened to me at first when I read Scots email I laughed then I watched the video and just rolled but the second time around I was not laughing anymore and felt sick for the kid what a shame.
Hey Vic,
I can’t see the video from here at work, but just reading the comments, the general opinion seems to be that this guy got suckered.
I saw your video the other day … I know how you feel about people being taken advantage of.
I don’t know this Marc guy, and I’m not even sure how amenable he’d be.
But …
Here’s an idea that could really show the power of your influence and community.
Contact him, see if he’s willing to accept your/our help in building the “right” way. If he is, with the wealth of collective knowledge shared by the BloggerUnleashed readership, it really wouldn’t be all that hard to turn a “dead” blog into a pretty darn live one.
Wouldn’t that be the ulitmate “revenge” on Bryan Clark … if 6 months from now, Onemansgoal is so successful that selling it for “only” 10k looks, in hindsight, like a bad deal.
As I said, I haven’t seen the video, so I could be reading this all wrong. But just thought it might be fun to the throw the idea out there anyway.
Todd
Todd first the guys actually went to his site and left some comments so he can do just like every other reader here and start by hitting the archives. Second their is no way I would waste my time teaching some one how to build an MMO niche when there is no money in that. The fact is my best advice is do like the other fellow did and ask for his money back may lose a few grand in the process then get 2k and invest in pre-owned domains get BMD, article submission software directory and BANS setup as many BANS as possible then keep learning and start building MFA’s but the fact is Todd this kid is not looking to make money he wants to be the next John CHow, SHoemoney or Darren dude you know my thoughts on that. The sad part is wait to you see the video he looks like a nice kid but then again you folks also know my stand on looking nice
LMAO
Hey Vic,
Ok, I’ll watch the video later when I get home. You do raise a good point though … this is a blog that was bought and sold back once in the relatively recent past.
Perhaps this is a 10k lesson that this kids NEEDS to learn.
It’s kind of like with kids (especially teenagers) … you can warn about certain things til you’re blue in the face, but often times they don’t believe you until after they F things up.
That said, adversity is often the most effective teacher.
Todd
Tell you what buddy better bitched slapped early in life then later you know we learn and grow. But geez expensive lesson.
That’s it, I’m just gonna start making wordpress blogs – link them up the yazoo – put some pretty graphics on them – rank em’ for one MMO keyword and sell the fucking things for 25k.
Un-fuckin-believable…
Im serious I bet you that is what the other scammer Alan Johnson will do have you not notice he fakes the voice and ofcourse I wonder if it is Bryan Clark notice how easy he got guess posting and if you look at when that site started guess where he started commenting first yup OneMansGoal so watch in a few months you will see that blog with the fake readers fake feed and fucked stats from weblizer selling for another 10 to 15k
OH-OH! Just got an idea. I think this guy needs to eliminate the competition. Next round of domain purchases should be onemansgoal dot info. Let’s see use the proceeds to pull further away from you people in second place. I see it so clearly…
wow…
“Getting a feel for how wordpress works”
“this is my first blog”
“learning how to put video into wordpress”
holy fuck..
blogging 101…
Who spends 10K on a website that runs software you’ve NEVER used. And with no experience running a blog?
And you know he has NO experience / knowledge on keyword selection, link building, or SEO… fair site with ok stats is about to crash and burn.
I know that I usually follow blogs for the personality of the writer.. I’d leave a blog instantly if it was sold. His traffic is about to take a dive imo…
Hell, for $500-600 to dump into a site, you could have the exact same stats as that blog in a few months….
Justin imagine what you could do with 2k not 10k BANS, BMD and some time to jump on it it is ridiculous people just do not do the research they need to do.
Vic..have you recently installed the “SEO Meta Editor Advanced” plugin on BU? Reason I asked, is that I see the apostrophe is all screwed up in your “Related Posts” description of “One Man’s Failure.”
I read somewhere else that there’s a minor bug in the plugin regarding that. Just curious.
No this happen when I did the restore after the hacking SQL version incompatibilities
He said 10k was all the money he has made selling real estate for Coldwell Banker over the last 8 to 10 months. That’s so pathetic to spend all your money on something you don’t even understand. Even if I never found the Three Musketeers, I never would have spend TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS on what amounts to little more than an ambiguous domain.
I’ve seen some local niche domains sell for a couple grand that I’ve thought about buying. Only because I knew I could make some serious ROI. I swear, local is so under served.
Imagine again using 2k to buy pre-owned age domains and just start making BANS sites like no tomorrow they way I teach you guys.
I believe you mean “3 Marketeers”
OH MY GOD!
This is so sad!
This poor child is so clueless. But one thing he has that may help him is a belief that he can do it. I hope he doesn’t get burned too bad. I was where he is a couple of years ago. Full of hope and clueless. Thank God I kept the hope and faith . Or I would have quit. I finally found my way here and now my belief is coming back but with a different respect for this business.
Denise in what we do you can have all the belief you want and if you do not have the knowledge their is no way of making it. I am positive when all of you started doing this you believed in yourself that you could do it but the lack of real knowledge slowed your progress. This kid is so fucked he just has no idea.
At least he’s only 24 – he can make the money back and he has other skills to pay the bills. I can’t work out how he hasn’t found you if he’s specifically looking for VLogs ! I am eternally greatful that I didn’t really have $10k to invest when I started (or now for that matter ROTFL!) – its a big big track to buy in – without knowing what you’re doing – I can understand why he fell for it from a real estate background
The sad part is geezz you know if he would had done a small search he would had found http://bloggerunleashed.com/bl.....s-failure/
there he would had read what the scammer had done before and sure enough after this post the guy asked for his money back if this kid has any sense what so ever he will do the same shit even if he loses a few grand in the process he still will come out better still will have 8k comes and reads my blog and makes 100k the first year investing the money he already has again it is sad how Yaro keeps pumping out scammers from his little school of scamming.
I don’t know about you guys but I wouldn’t pay one tenth of that money for that site. Nevertheless, if that site got sold for 10,000 I wonder how much my blog can fetch… Anyone want mine? I am selling it for 1,000…lol, just jocking. I really hope he does well though.
Nope I would not had paid one cent it is really that worthless MMO scene no fucking money again take that 10k into pre-owned domains and kill it with niches and BANS
BTW you notice how he will teach Twitter in a video LMAO I am telling you folks this kid is just fucking clueless when he figures out how deep Bryan Clark shoved it up his ass he will feel it in his throat.
Sorry, I just had to say this : HUH ???!!!
10k for a “first” wordpress blog ?? OMG .. and all his money invested in it ?? Double OMG !
Yup double HUH ???!!!
I like your blog so much that i have setup my new little blog that is going to be a collection of all the scams by scam artist:
http://internetmarketingscamliars.blogspot.com/
Awesome way of paying it forward!!!
Oh my, I feel sorry for this dude. Seriously, this is exactly why Vic is so strong on his messages.
Unfortunately people get sucked in every day and this is a primary example.
Makes me feel sick that does.
It is so sad. The really sad part is that Bryan Clark is a disciple of Yaro and this is why I crack on this scumbag so much because this is exactly what this fucker teaches.
My first thought was that I could set up several blogs like that and sell them next summer. Then, as I watched the guy talking, I realized that I couldn’t look the buyers in the eyes if I did that.
As of branding, I really don’t see what’s the value of this One Man’s Blog, it doesn’t look to have such a strong brand at all, if any. However, if the kid bought himself a moment of extreme happiness, that’s fine. But this is why scammers should be exposed by all means.
Im serious you know no doubt there is a market out there but at least the way I look at it is if I am selling a blog for 10k the least I could have done is make sure I am selling you something that has a minimum of 3 high searched keywords so you can make your ROI as soon as possible. But if you put OneManGoal in SEO Elite and look at his backlinks this fucker really is bask in the SERPS with any real term that you could monetize.
Good on you Vic, you said it like it is. Hope that Bryan will rot in hell for this! How in the world can you possibly sleep at night sucking in noobies like that.
Yes, I get the marketing and make money bit, but come on, play with adults, not kids (and I don’t mean that in regards to age either).
I am serious talking about taking an advantage from a coconut.
Hey Vic, I was going to email this question to you. Is this guy a dumb fuck? http://ez-onlinemoney.com/blog/
To be honest I do not know of him but when I get some time I will research his blog. But tell you what look at his front oage and look at OneMansGoal and you tell me what school does that look like
Stonkin,
I’ll let Vic do his research, and form his own opinion on this one. But, I know Josh. I can tell you that in my opinion, he’s most definitely NOT a “dumb fuck”.
Unlike many in the MMO niche, Josh is actually doing (and earning money with) exactly the things that he talks about on his blog … primarily article marketing.
On a different note, I know this is Vic’s blog, and he can police his comments however he wants to. But, in all fairness if a commenter is going to join in on the name calling game, shouldn’t they at least have to share the link to their own site, rather than remaining annonomous?
Vic has earned the credibility to call people names. But, I have no clue who the heck “Stonkin” even is ??? What are your qualifications to judge others?
Todd
LMAO Geezz Todd you are starting to sound like me you should had even let a fuck out there. Stonkin he does have a huge point there
Whatever Dude. The guy recommends Middlebrook as an authority on building mini niche sites with wordpress blogs to make money from adsense. WTF
He talks bollocks all the way through which all leads to promoting this Shit. Although the testimonial from Yaro was a proper nice touch.
Yeah that pretty much says it all there. again look this guy might be a nice guy an all but the facts are what the facts are and if he comes from the school of Yaro he is taught the same shit that Caroline, Bryan Clark and Alan Johnson do which is peddle shit they never use that never worked for them to make money it is what it is.
Now Todd I know he seems to be your friend I just downloaded his ebook, Like I said he is straight out of Yaro school of scamming another worthless ebook pointing to two affiliates one is not that bad which is the SEOBook which is a basics SEO book not much stuff to get you over the hump but basics SEO but now lets go back to the second oh my oh my.
Todd linkxl.com this is his second affiliate now you tell me?
I also invite you Todd to put his url in SEO Elite and do a full inlink check. And go to keyword option inside SEOElite and put “Make Money Online” which he brags because he is on the first page. Now Todd if I was still in Black Hat I would have his site in 72 hours so deep in the SERPS he would not even find it. Again look at the links I will not mention which links are the problem here in case we have an asshole that wants to go fuck with the kid. But Todd the kid is following the wrong advice and one day sure enough just like Yaro woke up and Google bitched slapped the fuck out of him he will find all his sites with out any ranking it is what it is.
Hi Vic,
I won’t speak for Josh, but I know that ebook is from at least 4 or 5 months ago (ages in Internet time). I know that for a fact that he’s not promoting text links right now … it’s all article marketing.
Anyway, that’s here nor there.
I like Josh, and I’ll continue to learn what I can from him.
Just as I guarantee you, I’ll be also be here as soon I see your latest video or post in my feed reader.
Here’s the thing …
When it comes to Making Money Online, “Caveat emptor” definitely applies.
It’s the responsiblity of the buyer to do some investigation, and KNOW what they’re getting into.
To claim otherwise is hypocritical.
I know that everything here, is totally straight forward. You only promote things that actually work.
BUT …
When it comes to the MFA sites that you actually make your money from, I guarantee you, some of the Adsense that you’re “encouraging” people to click on, is leading them to sites/products that are just as bad (and in many cases probably worse) than some of these blogs that we’re ranting about.
Heck, Court’s site has 125×125 ads for the $237,000 from your Laptop, and Reverse Funnel bullshit …
Why aren’t we ranting against him?
… or are those “good” programs ???
Todd
p.s. the later part of this comment is not meant to attack Court … mearly to provoke some thought.
Stonkin …
If having helped Caroline Middlebrook promote her ebook is a criteria for making the “dumb fuck” list, then I hate to be the bearer of bad news for you … both Court and Grizz wrote “recommendation” posts when the ebook was first launched.
Here’s the quote from Court’s site:
“I read through the e-book and can tell you that Caroline did a really good job on the book and it’s worth taking a look at if you don’t understand everything about setting up a site with WordPress.”
I like Vic, and I Love the stuff that he’s teaching. I understand completely where he’s coming from with his rants …
But I’m sorry, some of you are like f’ing sheep. When you’ve built a credible business, and have something useful to share with people, then you can rant. I until then, I suspect your time would probably be much better spent DOing some of the things Vic is teaching, rather than just parroting him in the BU comment section.
In short … Get a Life … DUDE
Actually Tood if you look into my archive mm I also said it is a good step by step to built a word press site mmm hellooo but not to make fucking money and the name says make money making niche sites HELLOOOO!!
For my MFA’s mmm actually buddy no you are totally wrong I actually do know how to use adsense and I ban accounts from promoting on my sites that hurt people or are outright lies.
With Court’s site has 125×125 ads for the $237,000 from your Laptop, and Reverse Funnel bullshit I have never used those systems so I have no idea but if some one here has bought it and says they are scams then Court is wrong period!!
What is wrong for one person is not right for another!
Again if a reader here has bought those programs and has first hand experience let me know.
Hey Vic,
I stand corrected on the text link thing. Still promoting it in a more recent ebook. That being said, he does caveat it heavily. And he’s recommending the Buying of text links, not selling. (which is something that I know other successful marketers such as Grizz still do).
As for the rest of it …
“What is wrong for one person is not right for another!”
lol … I was going to use that quote from your previous comment as an example until I re-read it, and realized it’s almost a Bushism
But you get my point.
As long as we’re being straight up honest here …
Our economy thrives on the fact that there are savvy people, and dumb-ass people.
In an ideal world, every savvy marketer would also be an ethical marketer. And every dumb-ass consumer would never make a bad decision.
… but then very few people would actually make any money.
I’m all for “educating the masses”. And I personally try to be as ethical as I possibly can.
But …
I don’t begrudge anybody else for making a buck off of people who are too Lazy, Greedy, Stupid, (insert adjective), to not do a little homework before they spend their hard earned money pursuing the mythical gold at the end of the rainbow.
I get a lot of silly email, and I have quite a few “A list” blogs in my reader. But, I highly doubt that I’m the kind of subscriber that they want. Most of the “latest and greatest” stuff that they all promote just makes me laugh. (but my ridicule is reserved for the dumbasses who buy it … not the people who were smart enough figure out how to separate the masses from their cash).
Since I’ve been blogging, I’ve purchased products through affiliate links on exactly two blogs …
Your’s and Josh’s.
I’m not sure whether that makes me smart … or just way too cheap and cautious.
Time will tell.
Todd
Todd man I know you are all about the responsibility of the reader or “buyer” but man seeing how this scamming school is just creating clones to do the same scam over and over again it just enrages me. It would be nice to actually see some type of code of ethics that bloggers would follow.
LMAO well in my case shit I love MLM LMAO!!! But again Todd as you know buddy man I stick to what I know and I stick to what works for me I do not promote things that I neither have first hand experience and it has produced results. There are higher paying affiliates for Hosting but I chose HG because it has been by far the best company for my type of business. Again buddy I stick to what I know
http://howreversefunnelsystemworks.com/
http://my.opera.com/Jonah1976/.....rking-scam
In fairness to Court, that “Beach Bum” ad can be found on just about every high traffic blog in the MMO niche … it must convert pretty well for advertisers.
… but that doesn’t mean it’s not leading people into a potentially expensive experience.
What I find particularly ironic, is that I’ve actually read anti-mlm articles on blogs, and then noticed that they are displaying these ads … talk about not understanding what you’re advertising.
It’s all relative though …
I’m sure at one time or another, we’ve all promoted things, that in hindsight, we’re not particularly proud of. (if we’re being honest)
And now that I think about it, if somebody is willing to click an ad about “Beach Bum makes $237,000 from laptop”, they probably Deserve to lose a little bit of money.
Just my opinion of course,
Todd
Ohh on the links Todd I just downloaded his ebook ten minutes before making the comment and yes he is promoting text links if you want just download the ebook right now. Again can not do one thing with one hand and then do another thing with the other magic
He’s a big Yaro fan like you Vic
LMAO!!!
Oh, and a part of the Middlebrooke Massive lol
I am telling you go look at the bitches site good look at OneMansGoal and go look at the other fake scammer TheRatingBlog dude I am telling you all are part of the school of scammer Yaro
MMO Blogs have always gone for big money – one of my projects was to set one up to flip but I got lazy.
This is not the first time – OMG sold for $8,5k earlier (when it was far less developed) while other sites have sold big too – SEONoobs.com ($4,5k, one month old), BloggingFingers ($6k), BlogohBlog.com ($10k), BloggingExperiment.com (estimated $15k, and the new owner looks like he knows what he is talking about to be honest). If you really want to see the perils of buying an MMO blog, look at Cashquests(.com) – Alexa graph tanks after it was bought for $15k, worst money spent ever.
Then again there is Cow who will probably get $30 – 50k, along with a few other smaller sales (notable one is RyanShamus.com, sold for $2,5k with 80 subscribers).
To be honest Vic if the websites are making what they claim – $1,000+ a month – then they are no different to the standard website going for 10x a month’s revenue. I would never buy an established MMO blog, simply because the old readers would leave as soon as it was transferred. Different people, different idea I guess – but I do agree – there are FAR better ways to spend $10k than on a blog in this niche, as with half that you could get a new one to similar levels within a month.
Jason but that is the problem they do not make what they claim
Trust me!! The facts are that people keep shelling out this outrages prices for blogs cuz they are clueless!! That is it!
You say that OMG sold for $8,5k earlier (when it was far less developed) actually Jason go look at the Alexa OMG is dead and has been dead even before he sold it the first time look at this post http://bloggerunleashed.com/bl.....s-failure/
Now the guy who bought it the first time after reading my post and seeing the following days I was right as for his money back now the scammer told him he would buy it back at a discount I will bet fucking money that is exactly what he is expecting to do here again
You can not judge a market for what things sell for Jason this is why there are people that loses their ass of in the Stock Market and then their are those that make a killing
I am completely dumbfounded. I am completely aggravated as well. Watch soon the news will spread about this site selling for 10 K and there will be a new e-book explaining just how you too can make 10k simple by following the instructions and the step by step plan for all the wealth you could imagine. I feel a truth post coming on, Monika tried to calm me down but couldn’t , LMAO
Ohh Don you do not have to wait for the ebook this the school of Yaro buddy all day long. I swear Don days like this is when I wished this small blog was a big blog and people had an opportunity to learn and get the real info then if they wanted to take the plunge at least they can not ever say they did not know.
Been there , Done that, and paid some tuition , I posted a comment on his site , now lets see how his reaction. I have my keyboard warmed up
You know Don I get called an asshole on a daily basis but the facts are if people listened to this asshole they would sure save a lot of money so lets hope that a politically correct voice of reason like yours gets to him and I hope that scammer Bryan Clark gives him his money back
Calm you down…me? Cosa? What am I missing here? Anyway Don, can’t wait to see you ranting. LOL, you are always so nice.
People like that Bryan guy need to feel the wrath of the community so that others think twice before following in his footstep.
I am serious that is why I loved your post so much we need all to get mad and take a stand on this shit the facts are that the blogging community is not these few assholes scammers I tell you what sooner or later all these fucks will end up being called out
Ouch. Watching his video made me feel bad – according to him this is all his money that he’s invested… and he expects to make $3,5k soon which is unrealistic even over the course of the next year.
I hope he gets his money back because he sounds clueless, and that is something you definitely don’t want to be when you’ve dropped ten grand on a project.
Jason because of kids like this is why I am so militant and always seem mad. I ask you Jason who else is saying the things that I am saying? SOme one has to put a stop to this fucking scamming in the long run all it will do is hurt blogging and blogging is to cool of a thing to be fucked up by a few bad apples like Yaro and Chow
The worse it goes on the worse it gets. Videos on signing up for Twitter – WTF.
PS: when are we going to see YOUR thoughts about this subject in a video? Something tells me that you’ll be fairly strong in your views… and those make the best viewing.
Come on, it’s Saturday morning and we’re bored over here
Twitter??? Are you fucking kidding me LMAO!! Shit Jason I swear I owe you folks like 30 fucking videos I need to get my act together the last week between getting sick and seriously fucking lazy besides answering comments and getting links did not do much
I could put a down payment for a new home with $10k.
That is why scammers like Yaro and Bryan Clark should burn in hell.
Im serious think about this if you make minimum wage in the US after taxes you make less in one year then the money this kid paid Bryan “The Fucking Scammer” Clark
You know Vic, it really makes me wanna go to all those weekly ’seminars’ held by the scammers here in SG to buy in more unsuspecting people and tell the truth about them and point the people to the proper information, especially since I was once in their shoes.
YC that is paying it forward fuck this we all have to get fucking mad nad just like this huge groth of MMO blogs have pop up maybe we need to have tons of people just say fuck this and start calling out these fucking scammers.
Yeah I think I’ll do that. Gonna keep my eye out for the next one. Probably print a coupla flyers and distribute it there. Too much fucking nonsense and the worst thing is I see a lot of retirees and young people there wanting to make some money to support themselves but are likely to suffer from losing more money, shame and embarrassment when they realise they have been scammed.
One person just one person you are able to warn it would be a huge success
Folks Justin made a widget thingi to vote about giving the kid the money back go and vote I voted to give the kid his money back.
http://bloggingzombie.com/unca.....goal-vote/
Just voted, let’s just hope that it will eventuate.
The only thing sadder than whomever owns this blog making this cheap and petty post is that 72 other people would chime in.
There is so much profanity here – and loser language – (making this kind of post is a sure sign you are a loser-blogger).
The reality is that successful people don’t waste their time on this kind of cheap and pathetic stuff.
“The Truth Hurts?” – and the truth is that the easiest kind of blog to create is one like this unleashed thing – and whine and take cheap shots as if you are some kind of authority.
I’ll bet you’ve never created a blog that would sell for $10,000. This one sure won’t.
Get a life.
Hey Rick suck my dick!!! You are already all over Yaro’s dick might as well do all of us here
I guess you are all happy that a poor kid got fucked by your buddy right?
You fucking scammer go scam your mother.
I will be at the both Blogging Expos come and tell me this hsit in my face you fucking scammer!!
BTW If you thought I would give you the link you have to be besides a scammer just outright fucking stupid go comment troll your mothers site you fucking scammer.
Ohh and mmm Yeah Rick
My Alexa 3 month AVG 41,498
Your Alexa 3 month AVG 184,475
And your site is 6 months older then mine LMAO Fucking loser!!
Ohh and also how is Word Press XXXXX DOT COM doing? LMAO!!!
bwhahahhaha. if OMG sells for 10k Blogger unleashed should be worth 10x that. The information contained in Vic’s posts are worth 1000x what I found on OMG (a “twitter” post. You have to be fucking kidding me).
I think the people complaining here are just looking out for the well being of Marc, and just don’t want to see the guy go broke. After buying (publiclly) into a scam.
I just can’t wait to see how he reacts to all the comments posted by BU readers on his blog. Let’s see what he says.
Also voted on Jason’s blog, hope he gets his money back. Nobody deserved to be scammed.
I hope he gets his money back I really do!
First and foremost, you are a complete tool Vic.
I posted on your fucking moron of a piece of shit protege Blog Zombie or whatever the fuck idiotic name site it is, but it is worth saying here too.
I like how you are “reporting” this as news, yet you call it a scam when whether the kid realizes it or not, he actually got a good deal on the blog. Recent MMO sites have sold for 10-15x income, while One Man’s Whateverthefuck went for less than 10x. So that’s not much of a scame you fucking idiot.
Maybe you should pull your cock out of your stankin bitch ass whore of a mothers mouth long enough to wake up and smell the KY jelly. This is how business happens, and whether you approve or not, life goes on. Live doesn’t revolve around your faggot ass and your weeping “pooor me, I was homeless and got ass-raped because I was an idiot and couldn’t figure out how to keep a job” video. Fuck you, fuck your readers, and kiss my ass.
Oh, and for a reference. I WILL be at blog world expo. And I’d love to say this shit to your face. But, it is probably going to be even more fun to sit back and watch what happens when you and Bryan Clark run into each other at blog world expo. I hope you both die, but I hate him less, so fuck you and I hope you burn in hell you miserable mother fucker.
It’s not like youll post this anyway, you run and hide from bad comments.
Wow many words but no url LMAO Ill be at the Expo Bitch just come and say all this shit like you said in my face
Gave you one free buddy from now on you need to put your url
But I guess no cojones for that huh?
Jeez. Who pissed in this guy’s Wheaties? I’ll be at the expo also. But even if this guy is there, he’s obviously too cowardly to attach any way to know who he is to his comments here and at blogging zombie. So I doubt very much he’s going to even make himself known in a public place.
Damned internet tough guys. From his comment at Justin’s blog, he’s in his mid-forties. Maybe he’s bitter because he blew $10k on similar bullshit to OMG, and doesn’t have the excuse of youthful ignorance to hid his idiocy.
Yup a coward no doubt
What is just funny and pathetic is seeing this people defend a scammer and attack me like I am the asshole LMAO!
How’s it a “good deal” to throw 10k down the toilet, never to make it back?
My voice of reason has spoken, likely to fall on deaf ears. My voice of ager and disgust for these kinds of people has only begun to warm up.
Buddy I hope you get as mad as I do this is just disgusting and seeing scammers come here and defend the shit is pathetic!!
Oh my gosh. I feel so bad for this guy. He sounds really nice but naive. I can’t beleive Bryan Clark keeps duping people into buying his stupid blog.
Poor guy probably doesn’t even know about your amazing videos. Too bad he hadn’t discovered Blogger Unleashed, it would of saved him 10,000 bucks and his dignity.
Your videos are the best Vic, but this guy would probably like Marks at 45n5, Krystis at the momscashblog, and chads over at CDF networks as well.
Poor guy, I thought OMG for sale was just a rumor. Thanks for pointing this out Vic. Your really right about the scamming thing.
Some new enthuistic kid reads a couple of blogs, wants to blog too and gets suckered into throwing away 10,000$.
It’s just sad and again these kids really think they will be able to get back the money from these blogs it is just sad.
Elliot, I feel sorry for the guy, but that was funny!
Good one.
“I made an offer on the 1st of April”
I pray it’s an April fool….
Hey that would be a welcomed thing indeed maybe we really do not have to feel bad for the kid cuz it was all a joke that is actually a good possible theory
Hi Vic,
Shit living in the UK, I’ve missed all the fun. I love a scrap.
First, the naivety of the kid just made me cringe.
Second, forget the blogging sphere, to get an idea of where this kid is coming from; all you need to do is look up Jason Moffat and Frank Kern.
I’ll save you the trouble. They both come across as cool surfer dudes. They act all friendly, like your best mate, on their videos. However, they are part of a collection of marketers that promote each other’s products to their lists.
Frank Kerns ‘Mass Control’ (Bolocks, shit, Crap, psycho babble) product, sold for around $5000. This group of about ten, top of the pyramid, self-serving scamming bastards, make John Chow look like a small time pimp.
The thing is, if he has been following launch after launch of these products then 10K will seem normal.
By the way, if these assholes that keep giving it the big one, in the comments, ever come to England, I will make sure my sons are there to give them our own kind of east (London) welcome.
Just remember Vic, you have friends all over the world (for whenever you need them).
All the best – John
I’m going to have to disagree with you a bit here.
Yes some information marketers are total bastards. But some people aren’t are charitable as Vic. So people think they should be paid for their info.
And some people want all their info at once.
Here’s an example:
If Vic, Court, and Grizz were to spill there guts of EVERYTHING they know, on to a… lets say… a 50 CD set (they could probably fill more. LOL!).
That info would be worth $$$. Just because they decide to give that info away, doesn’t make it any less valuable.
And the fact remains, if those 3 were to team up and create and “info product” selling the secrets they use to make money online. People would be glad to pay more that $5,000.
So in response to your statement, I have not tried/seen/reviewed Frank Kern’s Mass Controll. Or Jeff Walker’s Product launch formula 2.0.
But the fact is, these guys has customers that buy over and over and over and over.
I don’t know necessarily that their products are good. And unless you’ve invested in their systems. You don’t know either.
Here’s an example:
My father and I (I’m 21 and in biz with my dad’s company that he’s owned for over 20 years) invested in Yanik Silver’s copy writing course. It was $1000. I took the techniques I learned in his course, and mailed a letter to our client list.
It produced over $9,000 in revenue from that single letter.
Was his information worth it? I’d say so. Everyday of the week.
Sorry for the overly long post. But I just want to say:
Just because someone sells a “high ticket item” does NOT mean their a scammer. They feel they should could paid for their knowledge. And is that so wrong?
Tevin I actually said on a video their is nothing wrong with making an ebook and selling it for a great profit but Tevin their has to be a reasonable expectation of ROI in this case and in the case of the guy who got suckered before their is no real expectation of ROI.
Hahha, Yea. I remember you saying that. And even before you said that on the video, I had a feeling you felt that way.
But with comment, I’m more in reference to John Tighe said. Because from what I could gather, he was calling Frank Kern a “scammer”, just because he sold a $5000 course.
And all I’m saying is that because someone sells a high ticket item. Doesn’t automatically mean th’re a scammer.
Shit I would pay 50k for the guy who can tell me how to get 100k unique hits for tomorrow and they all will click my Adsense ads LMAO!
Hire 100,000 gunmen.
Tell them to go to 100,000 houses where people have computers.
Threaten to shoot if Vic’s ads are not clicked.
Do you want my Paypal, or would you prefer to pay by cheque?
LMAO that actually might work mmmm…
Thank you so much buddy. I had the great opportunity to visit the UK while in the Army in 1989 and even though I was only able to enjoy 2 days of a 30 day deployment I loved London and the country and welcome the time to go visit again. It is in our list of must visits
I just got home, and was finally able to watch the video. I know I’m going to be in the minority here, but now that I’ve seen the video, I don’t think he got “ripped off”.
Yes, I think $10,000 probably sounds like a bit too much to pay.
But, the ideas in his video were actually kind of interesting. He didn’t just buy the blog to continue on with what’s already being done, he wants to try something different, he has a plan … and he wanted to start with an audience.
If nothing else, it appears to me that he went into this with his eyes wide open.
It may or may not work.
But in any case, I wish him well.
Todd
p.s. as far as whether or not he’ll follow in the footsteps of the “scammers”, I think when he does his first product review video, how honest he is in his assessment should provide some clues.
Todd considering the custom theme the content and the landing page with the ebook I could see some one who wants to get into the MMO do about 3k but 10k?
It Will be interesting to see what happens next if history serves us correct the last buyer took reading my post once and 2 weeks of no traffic to ask for his money back, will see
When was this? Got a link?
I missed all the controversy, shoulda started following BU sooner.
http://bloggerunleashed.com/bl.....s-failure/
If you want to do “something different” why would you buy an existing blog? He could of got a killer customer vlog theme, Hosting, and some good advertising for 1-2k. If you really want to be “different” he could of spent a hell of a lot less.
The only positive I can see from this fiasco is he will get a surge of traffic from all the press from the sale. The goal here would be if they will stick around or not. But, this type of publicity isn’t worth 10k.
Not really go look at the blog no comments back to dead the only reason he had the traffic he had yesterday was because we went over there whatch the Alexa spike and then die again. OneMansGoal did not die now it has been dead for quite some time
Wow I just made it through that wall of text. It took me litterally over an hour.
Vic!!! Your comment section is out of control!!! lol. It’s 4 am. I need a life.
I am serious I was talking to Justin about that I miss comments all the time just cuz they get so long LMAO
Vic,
I had to stop watching the video half way through and just shake my head. 10k for a blog like this WTF? But, for a first timer to buy a blog for this much money I just can’t understand why someone would do this.
I really feel sorry for this guy – he’s worked his ass off for the money and looks like he’s got one day a week to work on the blog, hmmm…. doesn’t seem that long on any blog even if you do have other writers.
And I agree with Todd, we need to look at his first proper few posts/vids see if he is a clone, lol.
I can just see blog expo – scammers on one side realists on the other – think I’m gonna boo my ticket from the UK now, LMAO!!
LMAO you know the next few months will be really really interesting, somethings are happening behind the scenes that might change the outlook of what an A-lister is it will be very interesting
He should have stuck with real estate. He wants to be famous.
He sounds like Caroline what’s her name saying, I have no idea what I’m doing, but read my blog.
Good thing he’s not quitting his day job.
Holy crap! Who wants to learn from a noob? I want to learn from someone that knows what they’re doing.
Wayne I would be money he is probably already paid his tuition and is taking Yaro’s scammer course

vic,
You might want to change the title of this post. It seems really harsh on this poor kid and the person that should be getting the brunt of the abuse is Bryan Clark for taking advantage of him.
It also seems in your comments that you realize he is spending all his money on something he thinks will work but probably will not.
Bryan Clark selling his blog AGAIN to someone naive is proof of everything you have been saying about him and Yaro. You should be attacking Bryan Clark it seems to me. This video makes me upset at Brian and not the kid.
Yup you are totally right done again I would not used that tittle. Bruce when I first watched the video I just though what a dum fuck sucker and made the post but after posting it I watched the video again and I did not see it in the same light it actually broke my heart. The kid should not get the brunt of it you are so right dear friend Bryan Clark should. Some people here have tried to put the responsibility on the kid which no doubt he has to carry some of it but the facts are that the scammer here is Bryan Clark and the school of Yaro which all it teaches is scamming your wayt o riches.
Again Bruce done all over again I would had not used that title I made a mistake
Pretty darn sad to see so much youthful enthusiasm taken advantage of.
I have a system for good old Marc: The Secret Guide to Social Blogging Success. Using my 6 part, nobody to somebody, system he’ll be able to recoup his $10K expense in no time.
LMAO Frank I am quite sure it will be a huge resource
Poor bastard.
Ten months working his ass off selling houses and he blows it all on a worthless piece of cyber real estate! He’d have been better off spending the money on some magic beans…
What is so sad is he’s so convinced he just bought the crown jewels. Did he say he was 24? Looks and sounds more like 14…
There’s one born every minute as the saying goes
I am serious! Maybe he is just a rich kid and the 10k really will not hurt. Tell you what though aint no way I could take 10k from a person knowing that he has such a huge hurdle to get his ROI
According to him in the video that was the last bit of cash he had.
Sad very sad!!!
[...] who always considered Bryan Clark and Yaro Starak scammers made a post about what a dumbfuck Marc Galeazzi is. In fairness with Marc, I think that he was taken advantage of considering that he barely knows [...]
Stefson I told you dumb fuck the next time you came here comment trolling I would Spam your ass
PS, you’re ranking second page (right below him) for his name @ Google. Good stuff.
LMAO
Boom, just look at me.
That is my favorite line….
By the way this is my first comment and one of the first times I have visited Bloogerunleashed. This is going in the feed reader. Great Site.!
Some people call it bloggerunleashed. Sorry about the typo
Watched the video and this is what I think he wants his “new” blog to be: Marc Galeazzi wants to show people how to MMO by posting “killer” articles, about 7 a week, and he’s gonna show them on video rather than doing it the normal way. Don’t know I would have the patience to read them that way – I may go blind!
The villain of the piece is the guy who sold him a lemon. But the young noob probably got things over his head after successfully making 10k from real estate deals. What he had done is probably self-inflicted over-confidence plus a bit of gung-ho arrogance that normally comes from a young mind. If he can surprise us all later on by showing us it was a good move by him, that would be great. But frankly, this young guy is a dumbass! There’s always a sucker and a noob born to blogging everyday.
Markk you are so right dear friend I just hope to keep getting the word out there and hope that less people fall prey to this shit.
Well, the fucker didn’t listen to a word we said to him. I thought I was clueless. LMAO

Building traffic by posting three times in forums a day.
All I can say is Ouch.
This kid does not have dreams of making money he has dreams of being an “A-lister” as I have said before blogging for money and blogging for fame most of the time does not go well with each other.
Where this forum strategy can work is in link building in a hobby niche. You can use it to get some good backlinks to your internal pages from an aged authority site provided the forum moderators are cool with you doing that.
As for forum posting getting useful (ie money making) traffic in and of itself, it’s not very good at that.
For links it is a good strategy besides that not much there.
[...] of mark galeazzi Vic over at blogger unleashed feels that this guy is just another dumb fuck who got suckered into buying a piece of crap blog for 10k. I’ll say this Ive been watching vic [...]
So I just found this post (due to the mention of BloggingExperiment.com selling) and while I’ve never been a big fan of Vic’s style, I’m simply astounded by the stupidity of the comments left in response to this post.
Someone makes money off their blog when you can’t so obviously they must be scammers? Get a grip people! If you spent half as much time and effort working on your sites as you do bitching and moaning about other people who ARE making money from their sites, you’d probably have some decent sites and actually be making some money.
Vic, you state that these blogs (I’m assuming you were including my old one in that) don’t make what they claim. I’m sorry, but what in the world do you base that on? Your own guesses? The fact that you don’t enjoy the blog so obviously they couldn’t be making money?
I was 100% transparent with my income and expenses for my blog and I was indeed making well over $1,000 per month. If you’re going to accuse people of lying, either provide some evidence next time or shut the hell up.
Ben I never mentioned your shit site and as for your over 1k a month you prove my point you dumb fuck that their is no money in MMO you fucking idiot. The whole time you wasted you could had made real money but then again you and the likes of you really do not want to make money what you want is the fans of the”A-listers” you want to learn how to make real money shut the fuck up do not comment anymore and read my whole blog Courts and Grizz so you see how real money is made.
I find hit hysterical that you are such a fucking idiot that you are here braggin that the 1000 reported on your site was real LMAO!!! NO shit you dumb fuck!!
Like I said son stick around and you will learn how the big boys play the game
Vic, I didn’t say YOU mentioned my site, someone else did and you responded that “these sites don’t make the 1k they claim”.
At least for my site, you were wrong. That’s my point. And, for the record, congrats on the 18k last month but I made more than that. Of course, I did sell one of my blogs so that’s probably not a fair comparison but you asked so I figured I’d answer.
BTW Benny I made almost 18k last month how much you make lMAO!!!
Ben,
I just got an email from Brian Clark saying he’s offering exciting new courses on membership sites and affiliate marketing. You better go part with your hard earned cash right now or you’ll miss out. It’s a limited time and space opportunity. You wouldn’t want to waste your valuable time poking sticks at Vic now would you?
LMAO!!! OMG that is classic Frank I am telling you these sorry fucks only have one game plan when it comes to trying to make money and that is their little ebooks and courses that make no money to the buyers but it sures puts money in their pockets Dumb Fuck Clark says I put the tag of scammer on him mmm actually no he did that all by himself LMAO!!!
Here’s the deal: Look at the bid history. Do you see how many are “private bidder”? Put two and two together. There is no protection against someone putting in shill bids.
I can tell all of you with certainty that Bryan Clark has not been truthful with this buyer in regards to 1) Revenue 2) An honest auction. How’s that for starters?
Marc, here is my advice to you: Take this as a learning experience. To learn what?
1) Only deal with people that are 100% honest. If he lies to you about something, and you catch him, or more likely, asks you to participate in a lie, then you know who you’re dealing with.
2) Don’t let greed take over.
3) Get some advice from some other people in the industry. Don’t you think any one of the 45n5.com/top100 would have told you what they think of the deal?
4) Research the site. If you don’t know how, then you don’t need to be buying it. Contact the past owner(s). Ask what they think of it.
5) Nobody has the Midas touch. If you made money elsewhere, that doesn’t necessarily translate into a completely new field.
6) Someone’s screenshot of earnings does not equal earnings. Go back to step #1. Why trust earnings claims? Real businesses have to show tax returns, actual paper trails. Why spend your hard earned money for somebody’s claim that you’ve never met?
7) If someone hasn’t been straight forward, sue them. I’m serious. If nobody sues this guy, he can keep doing it again and again. There is no way that the sales would disappear overnight. He can’t hide behind “well it’s a cult of personality thing”. Make him show the revenue proof in court, where he’d be swearing to its authenticity. Suing him would probably bring the most possible interest in your site.
Good Luck,
Jack
Jack that was so well put one of the best advice comments I have seen on this subject thanks.
Jack, where is your proof that the sale of OMG was anything other than on the level? You and Vic are fond of running your mouth like you know everything about everyone but you never once base it on anything other than your own opinions!
Show me a sliver of evidence that the earnings were falsified or anything like that and I’ll be the first one in line to call Bryan Clark a scammer.
First of all, I’d gladly prove any and all income that I’ve ever claimed, whether it be from my blog, or from the sale of other blogs. Unlike Vic, who just talks about his income… I can prove mine.
Also, to the reader that said “I got an email from Brian Clark about blah blah blah”…. Wrong Brian Clark. I got the same email. It’s from BRIAN (not Bryan) CLARK (Copyblogger).
The truth of the matter is this… Vic is going to hide behind his readers, and feed them BS until they explode. I responded to this article on OMG, with the VERIFIABLE truth, yet Vic doesn’t seem to care about what REALLY happened. He wants to form an opinion, feed it to you, and the whole time… he can’t prove a single claim that he’s made.
Vic, if you are man enough, send me an email, and I’ll give you my Skype information. I have a way to prove all of my claims that has NOTHING to do with screenshots. I’ll prove it all to you on one condition… after I do, and if the proof is un-disputable, you have to issue a video apology to OMG readers, and readers of Blogger Unleashed.
Are you man enough to accept the fact that you are wrong, and I can prove it?
LMAO Blah! B;ah! Blah! So you fucking scammer what happen to all the shit about BU having no readers and you no caring what I said?? LMAO!!! Dude you are such a fucking joke so it turns out that now you are scared shit less just like your dumb fuck friend Ben Cook of being labeled scammers such is you had to come here LMAO!!! Why worry you said yourself only a “few” people read or watch the videos here at BU as you said LMAO!!!
Look you fucking scammer stop feeding people shit just like your mentor Yaro Starak and you do not have to come here to get me of your scamming ass

Vic, I just have to ask, what makes you think you know more than the people you’re bashing?
You bragged that you made 18k last month and yet you’re hammering on people like Darren, John Chow, and Shoemoney that made at least twice that last month, from a single blog. Are you seriously that insecure that you can’t admit there might be someone out there that knows more than you do? Or, do you just say “they’re lying about their income” and try to buy into it to keep your ego intact?
Ben,
You don’t really know if they made a dime but let’s assume they did. Is it Ok if others question “how” they made their money and point out that others are not likely to achieve the same results?
Is it not valid to point out that the A-list didn’t make money using TLA for example but made money by promoting it. If the people signing up for these promotions are under the illusion that using TLA will make them the same money as the A-list would it be alright to tell them that it isn’t how the A-list earned their income.
You are in favor of selling a self-confessed noob a site for 10k – Vic wants to warn other noobs that this isn’t the smartest thing they could do with their money. Which of the two of you comes across as honest, caring and concerned for the well being of others?
Who should a noob listen to? Someone who obviously feels that making money is the only thing that matters – regardless of how that money is made.
The problem isn’t how much the A-list makes – it’s how they make it and the false impression they give others whether intentional or not.
If you flip legit sites that will pay for themselves with new owners then you have nothing to worry about and one wonders why you would care that Vic is warning people to beware. If you flip crap sites that will screw the buyer then you should be worried. The fact that you are upset that Vic has brought this issue up leaves one to wonder.
He doth protest too much…
We know what you get out of keeping noobs in the dark but what does Vic get out of illuminating the playing field?
It all comes down to intent and your intentions seem a might bit self serving. Vic’s intentions aren’t based on personal gain.
I have yet to hear a defense of the A-list based on reason or logic. It’s always a petty attack on Vic’s writing ability or juvenile pejoratives regarding his character. How about a well thought out argument (in the classical sense) as to what is wrong with his critique of the methods used by other marketers and while at it a similar intelligent defense of why people should adopt the methods used by those marketers.
Would you care to be the first to try.
Grizz, if you read back through the comments you’ll see that I protested when someone mentioned the blog I recently sold in a list of sites that have recently sold for around 10x the monthly income of the site.
Vic then stated that “those sites” which would include mine, “don’t make the money 1k they claim to.” That amounted to Vic calling me a liar, something I don’t take kindly to.
Will the site “screw” the new owners? I sure hope not but I no longer have control over that. The only thing I can do while selling a site is to give an accurate account of the amount of work I put into it, and the amount of profit it generates. The rest is really up to the owner. If you sell a book, do you follow the person home and make sure they read it? Of course not.
So, while you say I “protest too much” I’d be interested in seeing your reaction if someone published a comment calling you a liar and a thief. Of course Vic has not reversed his statement about myself or the blog I sold, he simply is now boasting about the amount of money he makes rather than addressing the fact that he was wrong.
As for the A-listers… they can defend themselves, I simply wanted to know why Vic felt the need to bash them despite the fact that they are obviously more skilled in what they do than he is (as evidenced by the results).
Here dumb fuck it seems every time you open your mouth you stick your foot way deep in you are one ignorant fuck, here noob read:

Seems to be a bit uncalled for, here’s our thoughts on the subject:
http://www.johncow.com/whats-t.....coming-to/
I answered over there buddy
Cow, I couldn’t agree more.
Ben,
Thanks for responding civilly. To be fair Vic never mentioned your site and you even remarked that you “assumed he meant you” in your initial comment. Had you not commented about your site then it wouldn’t be on the table now.
I can appreciate you taking offense at being called a liar if you are not. I can also understand why you assumed you were included. Vic’s response to your assumption wasn’t that he thought you were a liar – in fact he mentions that he believed you albeit in his own colorful way. In kinder terms he said that your income must be real as no one would brag about only making 1k a month.
In hindsight he never called you a liar or singled your blog out. Just being fair. You did choose to take the conversation into different territory based on the false assumption and made remarks questioning the stupidity of the commentators here regarding the broader subject. That subject being the sensibility of buying a blog for 10k if you are a beginner.
This became a critique of the messenger and not a critique of the message. John Cow’s post targeted the messenger and not the message as well. To be fair the message wasn’t the point of his post. We all know that “how” Vic says things can be attacked but as of yet we haven’t heard a serious challenge regarding “what” he says.
So leaving aside how Vic made his point do you agree or disagree with his point? If you disagree with bringing this issue into the light I would like to hear why you feel that way. As I said legit sellers have nothing to fear but by making this issue known fraudulent sellers may think twice in future or at least have a harder time convincing a buyer and would-be buyers may be more discerning when it comes to price and whether a site is worth it.
Needless to say things have got off topic in these comments. It has become a recurring theme for injured parties to attack Vic’s personality and admonish his readers for being sheep. I am not saying this is your view but think it worth mentioning that his readers are not concerned with his style and focus on his message. His attackers have yet to rebut any of his points of view. One of the oldest fallacies is assuming a work is invalid just because the creator of the work is not seen in a good light.
Like him or not Vic has provided a great many people with valid information not previously available online. If you disagree with this I would be pleased to hear you out.
It is unfortunate that assumptions have caused this discussion to stray into needless anger but as is our nature – emotions do take hold.
Thanks for your reply Ben.
Griz,
Jason, the university kid mentioned my old site in the list of sites that have recently been sold. He said that
Vic then responded that
If the “they” Vic is referring to included me and my site, then he is wrong. If not, then I can’t speak for anyone else.
However, you asked me to address the premise that Vic put forward as well. I think the only obligation a seller has is to represent the site honestly. That means posting accurate traffic and income numbers, as well as providing an honest assessment of how much time is spent working on the site etc. Vic seems to have a problem with the fact that OMG was sold to someone that’s new to blogging but I don’t really have a problem with that. You have to start somewhere and if this new guy wants to learn in front of an established audience, so be it.
Like I said before, if you sold books, would you have to follow the customer home to make sure they read them to avoid being a “scammer”?
How about the fact that the majority of your blog’s income was from the sales of a wordpress theme that was heavily advertised on John Chow dot com for god knows how much. Did you include your expenditures in your blog’s revenue? Also, did you really think the sales would keep up like this? What if the sales tanked even if the new owner advertised the shit out of the theme? Would you feel semi-responsible?
I’m not sure if you bothered to read my blog or not but I had a single ad on JohnChow.com and yes, I stated that as an expenditure (it was for $250 a month btw). And yes, I absolutely expect that theme sales will continue if advertised and promoted well. There will obviously be a life cycle for the product but it’s not like I didn’t disclose where my income came from. I posted it out there for everyone to analyze for themselves.
Also, why don’t you go push some $3000 course on becoming and “SEO Ninja” even though you have never actually tried the product and have no idea of the quality. The only reason you are saying this is a “great product” is because your ass got paid to promote it. This is the definition of a fucking scammer.
So you’re saying that advertising is evil? If you run adsense ads on a site do you have to first try all the products?
Also, in the post I did about the SEO Ninja course, I stated exactly how much of the product I had used (the previously free tools which were of fantastic quality) so I’m not sure how that’s labeled a scam in your book but I guess your entitled to your opinion.
I don’t know crap, but I do know, if you sold me a book with no printed pages, I’d be very upset. In that case you are taking advantage. Sounds like the point being made is your selling a site with stats that are not there after its bought. In the book example, I’d be bad mouthing you to all I could. You are saying, hey, I sold you the book. I can’t help it if you can’t use it.
Drexel, if that were the case, yes I’d be mad as well. However, at least in my case, the traffic to the blog has remained steady and the number of subscribers has gone up since the sale. I offered to stay on for several weeks to make the transition a smooth one and have “guest” posted a couple times a week. I have no idea where the income stats are because all that information is unavailable to me but what I’m trying to say is that all the pages in this book example were filled with the promised content.
I don’t understand why people seem so dead set against blogs being sold. The fact that people have failed with some blogs after buying them doesn’t necessarily reflect on the seller, it could just as easily have been the fault of the buyer (like CashQuests.com IMO).
Ben,
The objection is over the underlying business model which takes advantage of naive or ignorant people who’re seeking to build an extra income online. This model operates much in the same way as MLM’s like Amway do. Many of us have a very strong dislike for anything that resembles this. The ‘traditional’ make money online blog business model smells a lot like this rat to us.
I guess it gets lost in the shuffle that I have a 100% guaranteed way to prove every claim that I have made about One Man’s Goal, but Vic skimmed right past that comment, and instead of accepting my challenge like a man, he hides behind expletives and calling people names. And the comment from Vic about me being “scared to death”, who is the one that is really scared? I laid down the challenge to Vic that I could prove him wrong for something as simple as a video apology, yet he doesn’t want to take me up on it.
Who is the real scammer?
I don’t even want to get started on your ass – but I will. I fucking hate ebooks with a passion. I especially hate ebooks stuffed with affiliate links. I subscribed to your feed because I wanted to read your ebook myself. Not only did you spam this shit out of my email on multiple occasions before you sold your blog you ebook is a bunch of rehashed bullshit full of affiliate links. How can you honestly think you are helping people out when you make a 77 page ebook full of mostly worthless affiliates you don’t even use yourself to make money on your blog except through sign-ups? How can you tell me how to make money when the only way you are making money is signing people up for complete shit? This is the whole fucking problem with this niche and the reason Vic is here.
Meh, I’d rather read Vic’s thoughts than a blogger telling me why a TV show is like blogging. Like that one ever helped. Damn, my cat is like blogging if you’re bored enough to sit down and write a blog post about it.
Vic, while being a terrible writer, is able to incite debate and discussion that should be brought up more often.
[...] What drew me to his site was another blogger posting on one of Vic’s posts which was titled Another DumbFuck Is Born LMAO!!! Of course, with a title like that, I had to read [...]
Quite incredible for someone to hand over 10k for something that he knows next to nothing about. From his video, he says he’s still learning about wordpress and blogs….omg.
I wouldn’t go as far to call the seller a scammer. It’s like any sales transaction.
If you are buying a house, you do your own research on its value, location etc and not rely on the housing agent who’ll never tell you about the termite problem and psychotic neighbours.

I want to find a reason to not like this guy, I guess it would help ridicule him. But the guy’s so innocent and seems pretty nice so it’s pretty hard to laugh.
I feel sad for him, but I see this happening all the time – a lot of people who have no knowledge on programming, seo, business think there’s easy money to be made and they jump at the chance of making large amounts that they spend a huge load getting ripped off in the process.
Looks like he’s starting a niche blog on dust mites (dustmiteknowledge.com) and putting Adsense on it even before he has a real post. Clueless, just clueless.
Selling real estate is cyclical. And this guy chose to buy a money-sucking time-eating blog at the start of the busiest real estate buying and selling season…spring. Go figure!
Please don’t believe that OMG sold for $10,000 – just because buyer and seller said that’s what it sold for doesn’t mean it happened. I know for fact other sales of OMG were to other buyers were vastly overstated by Bryan. He is a total scamer.

Wow! This is pretty sad. I hope I never get slammed this hard lol.
I tried to Digg this. It will probably be banned from Digg.
lol, know Im a good few months late on this particular discussion but I stumbled across this whole fiasco last night and thought one of the latest posts over there (Nov 08) summed the whole thing up, but is very sad.
