A Blogger In Need
By Vic on Jan 15, 2008 in Bloggers
Folks today I was doing my Blogging Zoom run and came across one of the blogs that I enjoy stopping by and reading Untwisted Vortex and read a post that I found quite painful called A Possible Disappearing Act. Richard’s wife has some serious health issues from something that should have never happened this is one of those things that happen in our lives and we are just not prepared. I ask you to please visit RT’s site Untwisted Vortex and read his post and leave a comment to see if he agrees to place a PayPal donate button. This is the time when we are all supposed to be there for each other. So please visit our blogging buddy and join me and others in asking him to put up a PayPal button.

It’s great to see so many people trying to help. He finally put a PayPal account up. He received enough kicking in the ass I guess
I was so happy to see him consider it.
Thanks, Vic. Darren Rowse and Naomi Dunford have also posted about this.
Buddy we did nothing your family is in our prayers.
Thanks for putting this out there. I didn’t know about RT until tonight, but after reading his story here and on his site (and many others) I was moved to make a small donation. While here, I enjoyed perusing your site and look forward to coming back when I have more reading time.
Welcome and thank you for your kind words.

Thanks Vic,
Richard deserves all our help, so please folks go there and sponsor some much needed money.

Kudos to you for getting the ball rolling. Came to know about this a day late. But I think RT is getting all the help he needs.
Everybody acted as they should and fast so I think the ball is rolling great, thanks Markk

Vic, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I think the attention it’s getting is well deserved, and really shows the value of being part of a blogging community.
Thanks I think this is exactly what the community should be
Vic,
Thanks for posting about this. I’ve made a plug for RT on two of my blogs here and here.
Thank you for spreading the word.
Where’s a post about my blog in need?

It looks like Sky News ( http://news.sky.com/skynews/home ) is picking up on the story. I may have to put my blog into WP Super Cache lock down mode. I’ll keep my eyes peeled.
No doubt it will be big time in lock down. Thanks RT
