It Takes Money to Make Money

I ask you, how many times you have either heard or said in the real world it takes money to make money? I ask you why the fuck would you think it is any different with the internet? But yet we get lured every day to dream and some times to the fantasy that we can, with less than $20.00 start a business online and make thousands and thousands in no time. Now is this true? Yes it is, but the odds increase when you invest in your business. Over 60% of blogs disappear in less then a year. Another 15% have not had a new post in months and is in route to die.Now I debated in should I write this post or not. I left the Black Hat world because I wanted set and forget money makers. Plus in building good solid niche sites you build equity in them. If you build 50 solid niche sites not only will you get recurring income when you are sitting at the beach but you are also setting up your own retirement fund in the process. Down the line let’s say you have built really solid niches and decide you want to retire, you can either use the recurring income to retire on or you can sell each niche for 20k, looking at what solid blogs are going for today. You just cashed out with a million. You get that million invested in a good solid mutual fund and your retirement was just set for life. You can not do this in Black Hat.
Black Hat is feast or fast. You either kill it or you do not. And sometimes you really do not know when you will do either. I have setup campaigns where I have cashed out 15k in days and I have had campaigns that gave 5 dollars after weeks but yet they both cost me the same to run.
I am writing this because I have had emails asking questions, as some comments on this blog, so I decided to use the same rules that I have with the raising of my children, before someone else answers one of my kids questions and feeds them mis-information I will answer their question no matter what that question is.
Having said this I will tell you right now this is not the way you want to go, but if you do, make sure you keep making you solid niche sites, these will be your retirement, this is where the long term money is.
Lesson one there is no honor between black hatters. There are no ethics, honor or morality what so ever. If you have a problem with this then do not do black hat. I do not want to read a comment on how un-ethical these tactics are or what ever I really do not give a fuck what you have to say. I do not do black hat anymore but those that do it, I do not judge them. I do not do it for business reasons. Black Hat is all about the money let me repeat that black hat is all about the fucking money. So if I am doing some black hat in a niche or keyword and In the process of working a keyword I find one of your sites I will do everything in my power to report your sites to get them de-indexed. If you are using adsense I will do everyhting in my power to report you to have your adsense account banned. Again there is no honor between black hatters, this is kill or be kill and the fucking weak does not survive. You guys think I am tough? Try going into a Black Hatter only forum, a noob ask a question and he has not finished clicking on submit before he has either being banned or his ass is flamed from here to china.
Make at a minimum 20 Squidoo lens I will not explain either Squidoo or how to make efficient lens go buy Squidoo Queen which is the best method I have found. Get your BookMarkingDemon and tag the fuck out of your pages. Get BloggerGenerator make a few thousand blogger blogs. With BloggerGenerator you will receive additional software that also scrapes articles so all your blogs will already have content. Get Kontera and put the code in the template in your options choose to put links with anchored keywords pointing to your Squidoo pages and publish thats it.
The concept is easy you will make your serious money with the Squidoo Lenses you will give them credibility with the tagging, you will get SERPS juice from the thousands of keyword anchored text links from your thousands of blogger blogs. In the meantime your blogger blogs get capched or deleted you will receive traffic so you make extra money form Kontera or any affiliate you choose, the real money will be made with the Squidoo Lenses.
Now do not use this method either with Adsense or any site you do not want to lose. IF YOU DO NOT LISTEN TO ME YOU WILL GET YOUR ADSENSE BANNED AND YOU WILL GET YOUR SITE BLACK LISTED!!

i was here frowning over my stupid compulsion, but your second paragraph made me feel a little bit better. I was never into “making quick money” but would rather see “stable income” like what you described in your second paragraph.
Now back to my stupid compulsion. I went to godaddy looking for a domain that you suggested, but could not find one that i had in mind. On a spur of stupidity, I went and bought 2 new ones which I was happy with.
I really regretted that. Until I read what you wrote and after I read what Court wrote. Now I feel there is hope yet! LOL!

Costa there is nothing wrong with getting some quick return on certain campaigns but we should never overlook our long term income. What I like to call our retirement plan.
Boy isn’t that the truth? I have several squidoo lenses that are also ranked, but strangley are not bringing in any money, but I do link to my sites from them so hopefully I’m getting some link benefit at least. The process you listed in the post seems very effective if we can get the ball rolling.

Does the length of time that you register your sites have any bearing on how well they will do with Google? I thought if you registered a URL for more than 1 year, Google liked that better because it shows you probably aren’t a spam site.
Any truth to this?

Gooles algorithm looks at age domains with more authority than new domains. This is why aged domains do not get sent to the box.
That’s the answer I wanted to hear!
So it is safe to register an aged domain for only one year, that way you are out of less money if you screw up and get yourself blacklisted, right?

Marshall it all depends what I am using it for. If it is something that I would not my name attached to yes I do use private, if it is a domain I my want to sell down the line I do not.
